"Stayed at this hotel for three nights, and the location couldn't have been better! Despite being so close to the train station, it was surprisingly quiet. The room was nice and clean and came with a complimentary minibar stocked with coffee, tea, water and sweets. The 24-hour front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making sure everything went smoothly from before check-in right through to the end of my stay! Thank you! 😄"

"I would not recommend this hotel to any Black African traveler. Valentine questioned the authenticity of our €50 note and examined it extensively before accepting it. It was only after my boyfriend produced additional €50 notes that she seemed satisfied it was genuine. Whether intentional or not, the experience was embarrassing, humiliating, and left us feeling unfairly scrutinized as paying guests. The facility is clean, but the way leading up to the hotel is scary."
