나폴리에서 안전하고 쾌적하면서도 질 좋은 서비스를 원한다면 이곳을 방문하세요.
저희는 여행의 마지막 날 이곳에 머물렀는데, 주차장이 갖추어져 렌트카 이용하여 방문하는 데에도 매우 편리했고, 바로 근처에 있는 Toledo 역을 통해 시내 관광 시 이동도 매우 용이했습니다. 데스크 직원들이 모두 친절했고, 짐을 방까지 옮겨주고 방을 안내해주었습니다.
다음날 호텔 조식 시간보다 더 이른 아침에 공항으로 이동해야 했는데, 체크아웃 시 미리 요청해둔 breakfast box를 준비해주어서 공항에서 아침식사도 든든히 먹을 수 있었습니다.
주차비용은 호텔 프런트데스크에서 체크아웃 시 지불할 수 있었고, 차량 출차 역시 편리했습니다.
다음에 나폴리를 방문할 때에도 우리는 분명 grand hotel oriente를 다시 이용할거에요.

位置在那不勒斯的西班牙區 網紅地鐵站的旁邊 託萊多大街邊上 去各個景區都可以步行前往 附近也有美味的餐廳 就是人多比較亂 但其實還是蠻安全的
前台小哥Michele（希望沒有拼錯）在那不勒斯本地的東方大學畢業 會説中文 而且説的很好 人很善良熱心 在異國他鄉聽到外國人説中文這麼好感覺很開心
就是幫忙拿行李和送房間用品的大叔一臉不苟言笑 沒啥服務意識 幫忙拿完行李站着不走想要小費 給了1歐感覺很生氣的扭頭走掉了 蠻沒品的 建議大家去的話也別給多了 慣出毛病
酒店早餐品類比較少 味道一般般 但是餐廳的景色很不錯 基本上整個那不勒斯的景色一覽無餘坐着喝咖啡蠻舒服的

The best hotel in the old district of Naples, just next to the Toledo Metro Station, it is a new district in the old district and very close to several attractions in the historical center. The room is large. The breakfast buffet is on the top floor of the hotel (10th floor). The scenery is beautiful and you can see Mount Vesuvius. The breakfast is delicious.

Das Hotel befindet sich an Top Lage, man kann alles gut zu Fuss erreichen. Die Zimmer sind schön, die Dachterrasse mit der Bar einfach toll und mit schönen Rundblick. Besonders zu erwähnen ist, dass das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich!!!! Immer wieder gerne.

Hotel had a fantastic location for exploring the city. The staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was a treat in the morning with good selection and wonderful views of the city from roof top terrace. The room was comfortable . My only slight negative was the lack of tv English channels. Very limited. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel

Our room was good but the service in the rooftop bar and restaurant was superb! Chief Waiter Fulvio’s service and attention to detail was outstanding. The food we enjoyed by Chef Salvatorio was delicious after long days seeing the sites. Also, Waiter Fortuna’s service was exceeded only by her warm smile and hospitality. When we return to Naples, we will again be enjoying the great hospitality at the Grand Hotel Orienete.

Enchanté de notre séjour (4 nuits) , avec une grande chambre impeccable et sa salle de bains avec jacuzzi, les chambres sont équipées de balcon, toujours appréciable; la nôtre située au 4 ème étage donnait sur la rue arrière et peu bruyante. La vue de la terrasse du 9 ème étage , ou est servi le petit déjeuner , est superbe. Les pâtisseries du petit déjeuner sont à la hauteur de la réputation des « dolci » napolitaines.
