Iniziamo col dire che i proprietari sono davvero tanto assenti,non li vedi mai(qualche minuto appena al mattino) e ti rispondono ai messaggi dopo molto tempo... La nota davvero dolente è la PULIZIA. L'abbiamo fatto notare alla signora direttamente (quindi non mi sto solo lamentando qui) e lei quasi infastidita ci ha risposto....ma io l'ho fatto... c'era capelli a terra in bagno che ho notato vicino al wc... sìamo andati via al mattino, rientrati la sera, erano ancora li. E lo avevamo fatto presente al mattino. Le tovaglie messe a terra per essere cambiate le abbiamo trovate piegate e appoggiate sulla finestra del bagno. Un problema al condizionatore che perdeva acqua riparato dopo 2 giorni, scarico estremamente rumoroso. Stanze totalmente NON INSONORIZZATE per una strada così trafficata ,non si riusciva a riposare. Abbiamo avuto un problema la prima notte con il bimbo che aveva fatto pipì a letto e ci hanno detto dove trovare le lenzuola di ricambio (cosa positiva ovviamente) . La colazione...lo staff del bar(proprio il proprietario credo) antipatico. Non potevi scegliere tutti i dolci che proponeva il bar ma solo alcuni...(Credo ovviamente per accordi commerciali)se arrivi tardi non trovi più nulla... Consiglierei questo bb? Per una notte forse si(pulizia a parte) per una settimana ASSOLUTAMENTE no.

Attratti dalla posizione del b&b abbiamo effettuato la prenotazione. Siamo rimasti inaspettatamente scontenti della camera. Soprattutto visto il periodo che stiamo attraversando per il covid direi che la pulizia dovrebbe essere impeccabile. Qui non è così. Da rivedere un pò tutto... il portarotolo della carta igienica che non sta su e quindi la si deve appoggiare sul bidet, il soffione grande della doccia non funziona, pavimenti molto sporchi e fughe nere (posterò di seguito foto con fuga grigia "pulita" delle zone di meno passaggio come le vicinanze al muro e poi foto delle fughe del pavimento di camera e ingresso stanza), doccia con silicone oramai ammuffito, macchie di cibo sul comodino precedenti al nostro arrivo.... per quanto riguarda la zona messa a disposizione dal b&b con microonde e bollitore direi di rivedere la pulizia anche lì, tanto calcare all'interno del cestello del bollitore e microonde sporco. Scrivo questa triste recensione con l'amaro in bocca... abbiamo sostato qui diverse notti e abbiamo trovato sempre lo stesso sporco nonostante si garantisca il riassetto delle camere quotidianamente.

Location is very convenient and is close to both the train station, and the older parts of the city. Breakfast spot was nearby and had good food and service. Stefano was very communicative and friendly. However, the room had a very strong smell of cigarettes that took days to dissipate, and we couldn't air it our by opening the windows when we got back because of the noise and the mosquitos. The shower was very tiny and the mattresses were very wobbly and a little uncomfortable.

Ritornato dopo un anno...personale accogliente e disponibile...camere ordinate pulite e con molto confort...a due passi da tutto...metro,stazione fs,centro. Il Beb è disposto in modo molto facile da raggiungere

We had a nice big room and were happy to be near the train station. All was well, but we can’t give this 5 stars like we always try to do. The shower head leaked so it sprayed everywhere until we switched to handheld, and our 2 short showers turned very cold off and on. The pillows were chunky, the blow dryers did not function, the AC was noisy and too weak for the size of the room. We did report the shower but never heard back. The included breakfast was down the street with pastry and beverage, but no fruit. Would not highly recommend but would stay here again if we had a big group, in cooler weather.

We appreciated having a very large room close to the train station, so it was a good value. Unfortunately our room got a lot of street noise and had some maintenance issues. The biggest was a Rainfall shower which sprayed water everywhere-- had to switch to handheld but it was hard to do. Two blow dryers, but neither worked. AC was noisy. If those problems were fixed, we would stay again because there was room for 4-5 people. Some pictures we saw made us think there would be staff on site, but there was not and they did not respond to our message about the shower. Breakfast was a block away and had good coffee and croissants, but no fruit.

The day before our vacation, the Italian government decided to ban travel. The whole vacation was ruined. We have booked about 6 hotels on the route in Italy. Someone returned the entire cost, someone part, someone offered a voucher for a trip in the future. This hotel not only did not offer any options, but did not even bother to answer. Just declined a partial refund request twice without answer. Although this is the last hotel on our trip. I canceled it in 9 (!) Days before. They were easily able to hand it over again because there are 9 days left and the dates of our booking fall on Christmas. Have a good Christmas with my 104 euros. Breakfast is included in our booking. Please feed the homeless for two days. God bless you
