Lovely Room once you got in, poor host, hotel room is located in an unsafe area in a massive building block which you have to pay to use the elevator to access the room. No clear instruction on how to gain access. Spent hours waiting. Good shower

Great place , 20-25 min to castle walkable location around main train station , close to airport

The room itself was one of four created out of a residential apartment. Nicely done, functional, well maintained, clean and lovely staff. No complaints whatsoever about the helpfulness of staff or the actual apartment. The location was its main let down. Very rough and unloved part of the city, filthy streets and down & outs everywhere. Felt very uncomfortable on a personal security basis coming and going. That side of things alone, sadly, we wouldn’t return. Additionally, as mentioned, it was in a residential block, as such you can’t really make a fuss about external factors caused by residents. However, the apartment upstairs clearly had one or more hyperactive children. They had solid floors and every single night for a couple of hours and early morning , the kid sounded like they were doing shuttle runs in clogs. The noise was truly terrible and impossible to get to sleep, this racket went beyond midnight. Overall happy with everything that was within the control of the provider. External factors massively let it down.
