The best hotel I stayed in in New Zealand for 20 days. All the details are very good. Although the hotel is not big, the courtyard is exquisite and beautiful, with a barbecue area and a children's play area. The front desk service was enthusiastic, delivering milk and toffee, and helping us bake lamb chops in the oven. There is a bubble bath opposite the room and a washer and dryer. All in all, everything was perfect and we had a great time.

Chose this place because it's Asure and we were NOT disappointed. Comfy bed with blankets that stayed where they should, Had everything you could need except scissors. Comfy bed and clean. Fabulous housekeeping. Will definitely stay there again.

Such a lovely room, so fresh and clean, would have to be one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in. Very spacious, sunny with lots of windows. We had everything we needed, plenty of toiletries and towels, everything we needed to cook a meal, even a dishwasher! Everything was new and clean! Lovely and comfy beds, pillows and linen. What really stood out was how happy and friendly Tracy is. She was so welcoming and accomodating and it was so nice to arrive to such a warm welcome.

My little unit had everything you could possibly need, a comfortable bed with soft pillows, aircon to keep you warm on chilly mornings and evenings, tea, coffee and hot chocolate, all the normal kitchen basics and wine glasses! Essential! But what stood out for me the most, is that my unit was hands down the cleanest motel or hotel room I have ever stayed in.. and flying for a living, I’ve stayed in my fair share of hotels around the world! I’d usually return from visiting family in Taradale sometime during the afternoon and was able to enjoy a cup of tea with the little French door open and enjoy the last of the afternoon sun I’ll definitely be staying here again next time!

Stayed one night in Napier and selected this motel because the ratings and the Asure association. It was just OK for one night. The rooms are small and dated. There's parking but it is very tight to negotiate. I would not return and the high ratings are a hit to the Tripadvisor brand.

Great. Friendly and helpful welcome at this motel they moved our room so we could lock our bikes up. Great family run motel that has everything that the traveller is looking for. My kids loved the games room which had a snooker table, ping pong, air hockey and playstation. The motel room itself was compact but had everything a traveller could want including a small hob.

We only stayed one night and loved the awesome ( big & comfortable) room and the spa bath. The setting is very green in a lovely garden and the reception super friendly. Will come back for sure! My sister from Switzerland wholeheartedly agrees!!
