雖然本次入住體驗不好，但還是客觀地評價這家酒店，這年頭確實誰都不容易。房間裝修品質保持了全季標準，服務態度一般般沒達到全季應有的水準，衞生沒啥問題，房間紗窗拉手壞了沒維修開窗和關窗不方便我還被夾了一下，還好沒什麼事。重點的是在外面玩了一天回到房間洗澡時竟然沒熱水了，衹好第二天早上再洗。當晚在打電話到前台説天氣冷設備出了問題，只是前廳接待員解釋一下就沒然後了，管理人員根本沒意識出來處理客人問題和投訴。值得表揚的是攜程客服積極幫解決問題和維護客户權益，最後酒店才積極正視我的投訴。希望酒店管理層能夠加強服務意識和態度，還有儘快解決熱水問題。

The smell of sulfur is really obvious, and there are two hot springs for men and women. It’s good to wash your face and hands even if you’re not used to it. I really envy the precious resources that the villagers have and can still use them to wash vegetables😆
