The best hotel with the best view: sun moon lake just right out of the window. It’s also located 1min walk away from Shuishe Pier and 3min walk from the bus station. The room looks very new, very well decorated. Loved the sleek & comfy interior :) practical bathroom with both shower & bathtub. Nice lobby, very warm receptionist. Very happy with our stay.

Location: Excellent! It is located next to the ticketing office and hence, easier to buy boat ticket. We are lucky to get a complimentary upgrade to a four bedder and it faces the lake. It was beautiful. There are a lot of eateries and shops selling local delicacies so not too worry about meals. Breakfast : at level 2. Breakfast is simple - serves toast and Chinese porridge with dishes Hotel room: clean and neat. I love the hair conditioner ! Receptionist : polite and helpful Would recommend this hotel for its superb location and convenience.

Excellent view from my room, hotel is in a great location and the staff seem friendly. The breakfast selection is good. The downside of this hotel is the cleanliness. There is dirt in the corners of the rooms and too much mould in the bathroom for the price of the hotel. Needs a deep clean in the bathrooms.

The good thing is that the hotel is strategically located right by the lake on the edge of the village. There is a floating dock with a location on it, where you can enjoy the view while drinking. On the poor side, our room was obviously dirty. Several obvious spots on the beige carpet had a few large, uncomfortable-looking stains. There was a used wet towel on the floor of the shower room, which indicated that the cleanliness of the room and the level of preparation of the room were not high. Another group gathered in the lobby before setting off, and the noise of their talking and laughing was loud in the room. So if you are staying at this hotel, I suggest you want a room a little further from the front desk. There is an indoor pool downstairs which is great if the water is warm. The water in the same jacuzzi is also very cold. This time of year this place is quite cold, especially at night, so it would be great if you could swim or soak in warm water. We didn't see a person swimming when we lived there. Now talk about breakfast: breakfast should have been from 7 to 9:30. We arrived at the restaurant at 9 o'clock and saw a smileless lady. My wife and I have been constantly feeling the friendship and enthusiasm of the Taiwanese people during our two-week trip to Taiwan, and we are impressed and happy with this, so we will not be less impressed by Taiwan because of this unpleasant experience. However, if you want to feel the hospitality of Taiwan, I suggest you try other hotels. (Fortunately, we didn't have dinner in the hotel restaurant before, otherwise we would be disappointed twice. We went to the Regal Resort B&B 50 yards away and had a very interesting and enjoyable dinner in a garden lit by candles. The place also has guest rooms, full of artwork and tourist souvenirs. This one might also be a good choice in the area.)

I am 1/25 staying in the double room on 606 and smelled a very strong smell of smoke as soon as I entered it. It was like the smell of smoke in KTV. Very clean place and once has your own cabin to stay at so it's literally like your own space. I love it. Also very convenient and near to the shuttle bus stop and the walking street. Bicycle rental is more expensive than the one at shuishe pier though so if you have no bags then maybe shld buy the klook and get the bicycle there then cycle to the dorm.

I have been there for more than 10 years, and this time I took my wife with me. The service staff made me feel so comfortable, and they proactively informed me of events, which I found great. The room was also very good, quiet and comfortable It’s also nice to walk around the park in the morning I will go again next time

Location is short throw from nantou bus stop. Slight walking distance to 7-Eleven. Has hotpot restaurant at the hotel lobby. Good mountain scenic view from hotel. Only down side was that there are no road light outside. If wanna grab thing from 7-Eleven at night, hotel can lend a torchlight for u to walk there.

The room was clean and there was a public terrace at the door, which was very beautiful.
