It was a great and comfortable stay in Sun Moon Lake this time. We chose the room type facing the lake (first row with front lake view) Big balcony and lake view Not inferior to other five-star hotels at all The room size is very comfortable The bathtub in the bathroom is very ergonomic and is very easy to lie down in. The wet and dry separation is also very comfortable The bed is also very good, I can lie down and sleep well. The air conditioner is very quiet and the room is cooled very quickly. Even if you stay in the room all day and enjoy the lake view, it will still be very comfortable. Buffet style breakfast is simple and delicious The first floor of the hotel itself is also a restaurant Lunch and dinner are also provided It happened to be raining and it was very convenient if I didn’t want to walk too far. With free parking (about 5 minutes walk) Another great plus is pet friendliness (another +300) I hope every guest with furry children can maintain good accommodation habits Only then can our families with pets enjoy accommodation in such an excellent environment🩷 A restaurant we will come back to next time👍

Location: Excellent! It is located next to the ticketing office and hence, easier to buy boat ticket. We are lucky to get a complimentary upgrade to a four bedder and it faces the lake. It was beautiful. There are a lot of eateries and shops selling local delicacies so not too worry about meals. Breakfast : at level 2. Breakfast is simple - serves toast and Chinese porridge with dishes Hotel room: clean and neat. I love the hair conditioner ! Receptionist : polite and helpful Would recommend this hotel for its superb location and convenience.

The best hotel with the best view: sun moon lake just right out of the window. It’s also located 1min walk away from Shuishe Pier and 3min walk from the bus station. The room looks very new, very well decorated. Loved the sleek & comfy interior :) practical bathroom with both shower & bathtub. Nice lobby, very warm receptionist. Very happy with our stay.

It is a good spot to buy necessary stuffs and an access full place to see some view and go other view spot you want to see. facilities is so so. service is just ok. restaurant persons probably tke your food plans and bowl quickly if you don't notice that, it is kind of rude way. except this , other aspects is ok or so so for this restaurant. besides,you can rent bike easily outside in this spot.

Excellent location. The room was clean and tidy. Will stay here again if I visit Sun Moon Lake again.

All the staff were very accommodating, even going out of their personal way to make my travel around the area easy. Public transportation is passing by the area, you do not have to go to the centre to get a ride back yo Taichung

The hotel is located above the Sun Moon Lake. The view is fantastic. We booked one lake view room and one room facing the mountain. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The hotel is a bit old. The water pressure of the bathroom is very low, thus it took a long time to take a bath. The water pipe of the water basin is a bit long, it is easy to hurt your eyes if you were careless. The room lights are a bit dim while the sound of the air conditioning is quite noisy. Food varieties of breakfast is good but lack of staffs to refill the foods. You wouldn’t have much to eat if you come to breakfast lately say after 9.30am. The hotel has two car parking spaces. It is convenient and free of charge.

The room is spacious and comfortable, and the hotel service staff has a good attitude. There are a variety of children's play facilities in the basement, which is suitable for family travel. There is also an indoor parking lot, which is also very convenient to drive to by yourself.

Location is short throw from nantou bus stop. Slight walking distance to 7-Eleven. Has hotpot restaurant at the hotel lobby. Good mountain scenic view from hotel. Only down side was that there are no road light outside. If wanna grab thing from 7-Eleven at night, hotel can lend a torchlight for u to walk there.

The room was clean and there was a public terrace at the door, which was very beautiful. Breakfast viewing restaurant, the boss prepares a set of meat and vegetables, and there is a coffee milk tea toast omelet pumpkin porridge side dish buffet. Very comfortable place. There are 20℃ in the evening, summer resort!
