The hotel is located inside a mall / pedestrian shopping street, but it's quiet far from the tourist area or the city centre. The hotel is inside a tower, on the upper floors. The room was very spacious and modern, the bed very soft, and everything was super clean. The WiFi wad fast. Water pressure and hot water was reasonable.

Stayed for a few days in a row, at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night every day, downstairs is singing and dancing, I have to lie down and shake the bed, I can't bear it, call the front desk, and tell me that I need to add money to change to a quiet room? The room is very clean, on a high floor, and the view outside the window is also nice. The whole hotel is quiet and elegant, and the decoration is also unique. The service is particularly worthy of praise. I chose this hotel because I wanted a staycation with an open air swimming pool. The room was big and spacious, with a beautiful balcony (but not on the swimming pool). The bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower and all around the room there were little surprises such as fish food to use for the pond fish, little mottos in both chinese and english, bathgel and other toiletries. What was not evident, though, is that some of this things were not for free! The big bottle of water that we expected to be free (5star hotel, 500 yuan per room!!) was indeed not, and it was written in extremely fine prints on the bottle. Same for the tea leaves in the teaset! Another disappointment was the breakfast. The choice and quality were ok, but definitely not at a 5-star hotel level. No choice in sweet bread, no coffee and very little variety of fruits.

It is a great hotel located at a very convenient location close to Lang Shan tourism area. The service and facilities are good. It has many kids rooms with slide or tent installed in the room, which is perfect for a family to enjoy a vacation there.

Good location, comfortable, service staff are friendly. Surrounded with shopping centres and restaurants. To meet our request to place the 2 rooms in the same level, the hotel has upgraded our rooms without extra charges. We will come back to this hotel in our next business trip.

This is the worst Hilton Garden I've ever stayed in. I booked this one because I'm used to staying in Hilton. I went there a day early. To save money, I booked the Hyatt Place next door the night before. The check-in experience was very good, but the contrast was too great when I arrived at this hotel. The lobby at the entrance gave me a bad impression. The breakfast was right at the entrance, and the place was very small. There was a group of elderly people smoking and chatting there, which was very noisy. There were also elderly people smoking in the elevator, and no one cared. When I entered the room, the layout was not very good. When I opened the door, there was a sink, toilet and shower room. The shower room facilities were not good and dripped. The TV could only watch a few channels and was told that the system was being updated. At night, the uncle and aunt next door were very noisy and returned to the room in the middle of the night. The worst experience was the breakfast on the second day. There was nothing to eat when I went down to have breakfast at 8 o'clock. The service staff was not very good either. I decisively refunded the second night's stay. Ctrip was awesome. This hotel should not have the Hilton sign and mislead the public.

It was my birthday weekend and I needed a hotel that would comfortably accommodate my friends and I. The Mercure was affordable, while still having first class amenities. I enjoyed some of the treats at breakfast and really liked how spacious the rooms were. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only really inconvenience was the check in being on the 26th floor, but I would definitely recommend this hotel for large groups traveling to Nantong.
