The room is small, the front desk is quite enthusiastic, the breakfast is quite rich, but the dining area is small. We stayed here during the first week of September for a couple of nights and really enjoyed our stay. We met Lysandre at reception and made us very welcomed and was very helpful with information on things to do in Nantes during our stay. Our rooms were lovely and bright and clean. Definitely would stay here again if I was in Nantes again

Très bon Hôtel personnels très dévoués envers leurs clients petit déjeuner à faire pâlir des 4 étoiles on se sent en confiance dans votre petit cocon.Encore une fois Merci une petite anecdote dimanche 22 Septembre les 2 filles au service du petit-déjeuner ont été sensationnelle.

Small, clean, comfortable, quiet rooms, spacious walk in shower, lift to most floors. Great position walking distance to most services and excellent public transport. Staff all so helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast with extensive variety hot and cold.

Hôtel bien situé en plein centre ville et proche du tram. Personnel au top et à l’écoute Les chambres sont propres, bien aménagée. La literie est vraiment confortable. Le tout pour un prix abordable Je recommande vivement pour un séjour en amoureux

L'hotel e' centralissimo. Non dispone di un proprio parcheggio ma vicinissimo a 70 metri c'e il parcheggio mediatheque. Visto che ci si arriva attraverso molti sensi unici e le vie sono molto trafficate , consiglio, se potete, di parcheggiare prima e di portare poi i bagagli a mano in hotel.L'hotel comunque tramite mail vi informa di tutto prima dell' arrivo cosi' da non poter sbagliare. Le camere sono ampie. dispone di camere con o senza aria condizionata. Wi fi buono. Colazione ottima. Finestre ben insonorizzate Personale efficiente. Lo consiglio

Small reception area but adjacent to it is an attractive bar/lounge. We had great difficulty finding the hotel car park, we decided before arriving that we would leave our cases/luggage in the car and only take what we needed for our 2 night stay at this hotel as it is quite a walk from the car park and you can't get near with a car as it is in a pedestrianised road. Our room was on the 5th floor and was an upgrade ( because it had an A C!) The room was small with no outlook at all and smelt of old food/cooking. There was evidence of refurbishment and the shower room was nicely done. The corridor and stairs are nicely decorated with a Jules Verne theme of wallpaper. Breakfast was hugely disappointing, bananas that have turned black greet you as you enter - why don't the staff remove them - they were there on both our mornings. The bread was stale, there was scrambled eggs, loads of jars of jam and honey to fill up the space. We did enjoy the Cafe Long and the selection of nuts in the jars.
