The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, allowing you to visit everything walking and having a parking space, but the litter is not at all (fine and very hard matlas), it is the same litter that you can find in the Ibis hotels **. The chairs are straight and too small (this hardly covers the bed intle), the small and unvolume cousins, the fine coat and all small. This point must really be changed, at present they are absolutely not worthy of a 4-star hotel. The rooms are quite small.

The Nantes Castle Museum is within a 5-minute walk. There is a free breakfast buffet in the morning and two free drinks in the evening. 0.0 is considered a modern hotel in that circle. Awful experience at this hotel. Check in is stated at 2pm so arrived around 3pm with my family (3 year old and a 4 month old.) I was told our room was not ready and we would have to wait. Waited an hour in the lobby (4pm) to be told again our room was not ready and hadn’t been cleaned. Again waited in the lobby and At 5.30pm and close to tears after watching numerous people check in and with a very bored 3 year old and a very tired baby I was again told my room was not ready, bearing in mind this was 3 and a half hours after the 2pm check in time stated online. Also during all of this I was told there were no baby changing facilities available at all in the lobby. No empathy from staff shown for my situation. After stating I would have to cancel and find alternative accommodation a room became available?! We eventually got a room closer to 6pm 4 hours after stated check in time when booking. No travel cot in room as requested bought brought to the room eventually. I am totally in shock with the treatment we have received. Would not recommend if travelling with children or if you want to spend your time sitting in a reception area instead of the room you have paid for!!! Some positives: nice breakfast, room was a good size, snack shop downstairs was handy, bar staff were lovely.

We were only here for one night, but such a unique room is one we'll remember the rest of our lives. We arrived after a long day of sightseeing, and the front desk could not have been more welcoming or more helpful -- and we appreciated very much that he was fluent in English. One of the restaurants he recommended turned out to be wonderful, and the hotel's breakfast was one of the best we had.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Apar**ent was excellent as was the view from the windows. Lots of space to relax in and plenty surface area for cooking and serving dinner (nice big wooden table). Would have given it 5 stars (rather than 4) for amenities except we had difficulty operating the cooker (neither of us had used an induction hob before and didn’t know that we needed to match the pot size with the ring/hob size and so it kept turning off confusing us). It was for my birthday and the staff had put happy birthday balloons on the bed and that was a nice touch. It was a good birthday and I enjoyed the space, wine and food we cooked. Shower was also noticeably nice.

The hotel was a little further out than I expected as it says central, also the room we were given was lovely but a few things need improving, the bathroom stunk of garlic when we arrived, just the bathroom and it went on opening the door and spraying perfume after a while but smelt liked they cleaned it with garlic oil, also there is no fan or air-conditioning and it was very warm, we had the windows open but both my daughter and I got eaten alive by mosquitos so a fan in the room would be helpful! Also was very noisy outside, building works opposite at 7am and uni students opposite the other way laughing and singing till the early hours so not much sleep between the noise, Hest and mosquitos! The actual room is lovely, with a kitchen area but just a few improvements would make it better.

I was pitted by Ctrip. When I chose the hotel, I only set up the Loire Valley area. I don’t know if the area is big, it is equivalent to choosing a hotel around Hangzhou and recommending it to Wenzhou. It is 200km away from the heart of the Loire Valley. Also paid the full amount that can not be refunded. No way, the hotel that you set yourself must go to live with the scalp. It is not counted to open more than 400km to and from the round-trip, and it wasted one night without living. Going out of this, the rest are pretty good. Nantes, equivalent to Zhengzhou, France, a transportation hub.

Very nice staff, pretty hotel, right across from the gare and tram, around the corner from the castle and old town center. Those are the “goods”. However, we were given family room 111 which faces the street. The air conditioning was not working well, and when we opened the windows, there was the sound of the train, people fighting, or couples. We asked to have the air fixed but were just as uncomfortable the second night. The “rooms” are separated by sliding bamboo curtains, which made it impossible to sleep until the last person went to bed. Breakfast was very sp**** at the €14 per person charge. But reception staff was impeccably nice. I think we would choose a real hotel with real beds and real doors next time.
