"I expect a higher standard for the price, but the rooms are really small. I find the lack of separation between the washroom/shower area and the sleeping area particularly disappointing. If you want to use the fold-down desk, you first have to carry the only chair over the luggage rack and bed. Well, as I said, at a price of around €250 per night, I expect something different. The ceiling is also bare concrete, not exactly stylish when you're lying in bed. It's not a designer concrete ceiling or anything like that; it's just a concrete ceiling that looks like it's been stripped of its formwork, with oil residue and other grime still clinging to it. The breakfast is also poor for the price. The scrambled eggs were inedible. They were extremely watered down and couldn't be eaten. Many items were also empty, and it took ages for them to be refilled. All of this would be acceptable if the price were half as high, but as it is, it's simply unacceptable."

"Overall it’s a great value of money. I want to highlight the unlimited filtered tap water and sparkling water, which is very needed for summer and for kids. The air con could function better though. It’s still pretty warm inside the room. The hotel is easy to get with metro, and convenient to go to anywhere downtown Paris. Equipped with kitchen in the studio and big enough for co sleep with kid."

"We were there to watch the Olympics Swimming event so location was really convenient. However, service was basic we left our luggages at the storeroom as we came before the check in time. The rooms were not locked, the staff just casually asked us to enter our room to leave our bags no tags given. Amenities were really basic and going “sustainability”, no slippers no shampoo body wash, no brush. However the neighbourhood was pretty safe, lots of supermarkets to your stuff and convenient."
