I was scared to see a lot of bad reviews before, but the price/performance ratio is really high. The server at the front desk is also very considerate. The check-out system is 24 hours. The lady at the front desk even delayed my stay. The breakfast was also good and it was the end time. It's a bit early, and there was no malicious price increase during May Day. I stayed in a round bed room with river view. The scenery is quite beautiful and the area is large. Compared to the Accord, it is very close to the city. Takeaways can be delivered upstairs and smoking is allowed. Come to this hotel in Yanping Don’t miss it!

The hotel is located smack in the centre of Yanping city, making it a really good place to enjoy the hustle bustle of Yanping. The service, in particular that of Ms. Lilian @ the front desk, is truly warm, caring and excellent. Breakfast is adequate albeit sparse but truly bad coffee was served from an all-for-one dispenser - juice, soya bean, water, coffee - all from the same single dispenser. I am really sad for the lonely one single turtle being kept as a pet in the aquarium in the breakfast hall. Keeping any living thing in a confined space, in solitary only by itself is really almost inhumane. I am no expert, but I thought turtle does live both on land and in water - by keeping it an aquarium, the solitary turtle is forced to constantly keep paddling and swimming all the time without any access to dry land. A BIG SADNESS, REALLY. More so, if the kept turtle is meant to be eaten !

I was going to Wuhu to participate in the Snake Festival. I chose this hotel with the navigation. As soon as I entered the lobby, a faint white tea fragrance came out, which made people relax.
The front desk lady who checked in was very good at serving, warm and thoughtful, and returned to visit whether she was satisfied with the room she arranged. Although this room is not newly renovated, it is generally ok.
I don't know how to get to the laundry room on the second floor, and the waiter aunt is also very patient to take us to the laundry room.
Overall is not bad, will come next time!

Very good. I saw the rating of 4.5 before booking, so I was a little worried. I found that this was the only five-star hotel nearby, so I went there directly. I was not disappointed. The room is large, clean, separated from the wet and dry areas, with a bathtub, and the waiters are friendly. It is a good place to stop by on the highway. Such a five-star hotel would cost thousands in other cities. The breakfast room is very grand, and the key is that it is clean and hygienic. The breakfast is very rich, equipped according to the five-star hotel, with freshly cooked porridge, noodles, omelets, and a rich pastry area. The fruits are fresh and delicious 😋. It feels quite cost-effective to stay in such a hotel at this price. I don't know why there are not many guests. It's a treasure hotel.

SSharonWe were delighted to have found and stayed at this property. Minzhushanfang is a very new bed-and-breakfast accommodation with a minimalist, calming, zen-style architecture befitting of the Wuyishan area. The rooms are similarly designed along the same minimalist, zen concept and are true to the property photos published on the booking platform. We deliberately chose an accommodation away from the hustle and bustle of town and so, found the location of Mingzhushanfang excellent. Located directly across from the entrance of the Wuyishan scenic area, it was very convenient accessing the park while being peaceful and tranquil. Do note that with its location being away from town centre, dining options at or near the property aren't many, so having dinner near town, prior to heading back to the hotel at night is strongly recommended.
The room we booked has a peaceful stream view, and looks remotely across towards the Dawangfeng peak. Room and facilities are very clean. While it seems smoking is not prohibited in the rooms, we were very thankful we had no issues whatsoever with residual smoke odour.
The owners of this property, who are also tea growers and manufacturers, were extremely hospitable. We were always welcomed for candid tea tastings and conversation at the lobby area, They even went out of their way to help us when we got abit lost in town! Their breakfast made by their Ah Yi is wholesome and amazing - with a lot of farm-to-table ingredients freshly harvested from their own vegetable patch. I would love to go back to visit Wuyishan again and will not hestiate to stay at Minzhushanfang again.

It happened that the day I went was not a weekend, and the room rate was also favorable, so I booked it. I felt the enthusiasm of the service when I arrived at the hotel. They helped me carry the suitcase to the room and upgraded me to the top floor of Xiaoman Villa. I could enjoy the distant mountains and blue sky and white clouds while lying on the sofa. I relaxed immediately. I didn't go anywhere that afternoon. I just stayed in the room and stared. Please book the Impression Dahongpao performance in the store one day in advance. The price is more favorable than the online price. The next morning, because we were in a hurry to catch the bamboo raft, we originally said that breakfast would be at 7 o'clock, but for those of us who were in a hurry, the restaurant opened at 6:40 in advance. It was a very humane service. Are there beautiful girls in the store? Make tea for everyone to drink, and the sour jujube candied fruit is also delicious. The food in the nine-square grid in the room is free, and fruits are given in the evening. The bathtub provides disposable bath bags, which is really comfortable to take a bath. Before leaving, I also packed tea and quail eggs for me to eat on the road, which is thoughtful.

The hotel has done a good job in details. The beautiful ladies at the front desk introduced us enthusiastically and recommended us a tour plan. Due to heavy rain, the plane was cancelled. The lady also enthusiastically recommended the station to change the route, which allowed us to get on the equation smoothly. We ate at the hotel in the evening. The fried stream fish, which I can't name, was very crispy and fresh. The hotel's main style is tea, and the aromatherapy is all wormwood. I like it very much. Wangcai cats and children like it. Before leaving, they also gave tea gifts, which is great!

QQijiademidoudouThe housekeeper helped us upgrade the room. The room is very large, with a tatami area for making tea and having afternoon tea, and a balcony. The balcony looks out to the back garden of the homestay, a Chongxi Mandao where you can ride a bike, which is very suitable for taking your dog for a stroll!
Facilities: All items in the room are free to use, including tea bags, handmade biscuits, Wuyishan spring water, cola sparkling water, welcome fruits, coffee. I drove all the time and didn't eat at noon. I was full after eating and drinking in the room. Hahaha.
Hygiene: Even people with mysophobia think it is very clean. There is no dust on the tatami, and you can lie down freely. The same is true for bath towels and towels, and the bed quilts.
Environment: There is an underground parking lot for self-driving parking. There are many places to eat nearby, and you can also order takeout. There is a place to walk the dog outside the homestay, and the scenery is also good.
Service: The ladies are all very good. I just hope that if the dog cannot enter the restaurant in the future, I can inform you in advance, and there will be a solution, such as eating breakfast outdoors or delivering breakfast to the room. When we went downstairs for breakfast, we were told that ”pets are not allowed into the restaurant and we cannot sit outdoors.” It was very embarrassing at the time, but luckily there was a place around a fireplace outside the back of the restaurant, so we cooked and ate there.

Secondly, the hotel has a unique geographical location, located at the foot of Dawang Peak. On the first night, I checked in early and walked around the scenic area. Wuyi Mountain is like a back garden. Don't be too happy. I stayed the next day, bamboo rafts, Ferris wheels, piers, a line of sky, Tianyou Peak, and I was even more happy!
In addition, the breakfast was very comfortable, rice noodle soup, bird's nest wontons, coffee and soy milk, this early morning is full of energy!

For example, the surprise of this hotel is that I was bored for more than an hour after checking out on the last day. As a result, Ms. Wu at the hotel front desk suggested that I could go to the villa area next door for a walk, and I found that the scenery was great! (After returning, I strongly suggested that the hotel should make a small walking or running route, because I didn’t seem to see any comments mentioned before...) In other aspects, the several benefits given by Ctrip booking are also good. There is a small platform for room upgrades to experience rock tea kung fu. Although there are not many types of games on the switch for two hours, they are all very classic. It’s a pity that fishing is a bit sun-dried and I gave up. The Dahongpao gift I got when I checked out at the end also looks very good!

AAdam RyallWe have always wanted to try and stay in one of these hotels, as we see them everywhere, and this was our chance to have a try.
Good: Location was ok, just around the corner from the main areas of shops and restaurants in the city, next to the Dahongpao experience show, and with ample parking, and ease of access (walking distance) to the main gate of Wuyishan. The weird 18th century Vienna/Mozart theming of the hotel made it distinctive, with printed baroque paintings and wall decorations, as well as period European shaped furniture in the rooms. The cleanliness was ok, and the bed was comfy enough. The room with the view of Wuyishan was nice, though the foreground spoiled it a bit.
To Improve: For the price and clientele, the poor quality of breakfast was unsurprising. The could cook an ok bowl of noodles or hundun, but that is hardly difficult. General food quality and range was low. Definitely could do more. The lady at the front desk checking us in was also moody and rude, for no reason whatsoever. Didn't give a crap about pleasant service. She was not the only one in a lower level Chinese hotel brand on this trip.
