沒遇到過這麼兇且服務態度差的前台！
1、打電話先説我沒給房卡，我讓她可以調下監控。2、又説房間有根線不見了，反正是我住了就是不見了找不到。問她，意思是我拿走了嗎？服務員説，這句話她沒説，但就是我住進去後反正不見了，反覆跟我糾纏。
3、房間一直有不規律的震動聲，值夜班的小姐姐幫忙協調了更換房間。
總體感受：服務素質參差不齊，好壞各半。
