The price is cheap and I don't expect anything. The room was very clean. There is also a network, TV can be watched, no disposable slippers. It’s noisy, the dog barking in the community, and the aunt who disturbs the health can hear it.

Overall, it is quite satisfactory, the room decoration is good, the mahjong table, card table, small refrigerator are relatively complete, the breakfast tastes good, especially the shrimp sauce, it is good. But there are still a few small problems that I hope can be improved: 1. The room still has a little taste; 2, wifi signal is relatively poor, wireless network is not smooth to use, except for these others are good.

TTravNLee GoodsonAbsolutely love the location!
The staff were polite and extremely helpful. The owner happened to be there when we checked in. He was very thoughtful and helpful.
We didn't bring power bank due to the certification required for flights in China. The owner directed us to rent a power bank and the lady at the counter used her personal account to pay for us when my Weixin pay couldn't work because it's linked to a foreign phone number.
The owner also upgraded us spontaneously as he assessed that our family would be more comfortable with a slightly wider bed.
Breakfast was local Chinese food. It was sumptuous. Although my western-influenced kids didn't quite eat much, the hard-boiled egg and mantou on the plates were good breakfast for them to start the day anyway.

GGuimomoThis hotel was a fantastic find! First off, the front desk and lobby staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The room was spotless, and they even offered complimentary snacks, drinks, and a welcome fruit platter. You could also see the Zifeng Tower from our room! The location is super convenient; it's just a three-minute walk to Xinjiekou Metro Station. Breakfast was abundant and included many local Nanjing specialties. They even gave us a small gift at checkout, which was a lovely touch. I'll definitely choose Mercure again the next time I'm in Nanjing.
CChuntianrannaifenBooked this place for a business trip to Nanjing and was pleasantly surprised. The room was very spacious, with a large bay window offering excellent natural light. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the shredded radish pancake was absolutely delicious! The lounge on the first floor was also very convenient for business meetings. My foreign colleague traveling with me also spoke highly of it. If I return to Nanjing, I would certainly choose to stay here again.

OOriole hyThe hotel is located in the vicinity of Nanjing Agricultural University. The environment is good, the rooms are quiet and comfortable, the transportation is convenient, the facilities are better than many chain four-star hotels, and the breakfast is rich
BBenbenxiaoniziFacilities: Complete, clean and tidy, the only drawback is that the air conditioning cannot be used as desired.
Hygiene: The overall feeling of the indoor area is good, and the outdoor area is relatively primitive and needs to be improved.
Environment: Highly recommended. I went to Kuanzhai Bar at night, and it felt like Nanjing Pattaya, very comfortable; I ran a circle of less than four kilometers in the park during the day, and it was an oxygen bar in nature, and I lingered; you can walk, ride, and play in the park, and there are many projects...
Service: Active and friendly, thoughtful, very good!
LLuan YeeI am not very pleased with my stay at this hotel. While walking along the corridor to my room, I noticed a smell that was musty and the corridor was heavily deodorised.
When I used the toilet for the first time, it choked and I had to call the reception to send the someone to clear the toilet bowl. The manager Ying Yue told me that I must not throw the toilet paper into the toilet bowl but instead throw it into the dust bin that was beside the toilet bowl. I was flabbergasted because throwing the toilet paper into the dust bin would mean that the toilet would smell of faeces and urine. Now I understand why the corridor has a musty smell and why it must be deodorised to cover the smell.
She said that all hotels in Nanjing had this plumbing problem. I asked her why wasn't there a notice in the toilet to tell guests what to do with the toilet paper after using it. She replied that all local guests know they are not supposed to throw the toilet paper into the toilet bowl and it is the local Nanjing toilet culture.
She also mentioned that the toilet paper Atour provided is extra thick and is not soluble, so that's another reason not to throw the toilet paper into the toilet bowl.
However, she was nice enough to accompany me to the convenience store next door and paid for two packets of ordinary tissue paper.
Another issue I had was the supper provided. It said from 9:30 pm to 11 pm. When we went there on the first night of our stay at 9:40 pm, the rice porridge and millet porridge were totally cold and the 3 types of buns were randomly thrown into two steaming baskets, all mixed up and cold. I asked the young staff why wasn't the buns heated. He couldn't answer. The food didn't look enough to last till 11 pm. On the last night, we went for supper again at 9:30 pm sharp. Both the rice and millet porridge were just lukewarm and I asked the two young staff why wasn't the porridge heated. One of them told me that old and young guests do not like hot porridge. This must be the most absurb statement I have heard about porridge. I think Atour should be more siincere about the supper it offers.
Except for the two young staff at the restaurant, all the other reception staff and cleaning ladies were very polite and helpful.

XXiaoyouchengThe bed was massive, felt like 2.4 meters! The hotel environment is super nice, very clean, and luxurious. There were also many international guests. There's an outlet mall nearby, within walking distance, but I didn't go. The styles and brands weren't that impressive. I chose this hotel because I was here for Brother Sheng's concert, and it was close by. It was really good!
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is quite large, and it's a bit of a winding drive even if you take a taxi, haha. Check-in was very smooth. Only two bottles of mineral water in the room are complimentary; everything else is chargeable. I'd recommend grabbing two free bottles from the lobby before heading up to your room!
The elevators require key card access, which adds to security, but there are no room service robots, so if you order takeout, you have to go downstairs to pick it up yourself! However, there are plenty of elevators, making it easy to go up and down. It's also quite soundproof, and the bedding is very comfortable.
A 500 deposit is required at check-in, which is fully refunded if there are no extra charges after check-out. If you need a late check-out, it's 30 per hour, which is pretty reasonable. Overall, it's a decent stay.

BBaijiadeyangThe lady at the front desk was incredibly sweet, and check-in was super fast. She even upgraded my room for free! The room was huge, with a floor-to-ceiling window that just cured all my stress. I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel staff's service attitude is excellent, and the front desk is polite and enthusiastic, responding quickly when needed. The hotel's location is also very convenient, right in the city center. 😊 I'll definitely be back to experience it again next time!
AAnonymous UserWe arrived at night and walked from Dongliu subway station. There was no light outside and the road was pitch black, which was scary. After arriving, there was no light and we walked around in a circle. It was not easy to find. In fact, it is located near the southeast of the community and is easier to find during the day. The bed is right at the entrance of the room, and you can hear people coming and going in the corridor. The sound insulation is average. The newly opened hotel is fairly clean. There is a foul smell in the bathroom, I don’t know if it is related to the weather. There is a storefront at the west gate of the community where you can have breakfast. The advantage is the affordable price.
