Pros: 1) located right inside the Jiangsu garden expo 2) Breakfast is delicious and lot of varieties 3) services is good, especially shout out to the front receptionist name Lucy, very friendly and helpful, also others hotel staff all very friendly 4) lovely interior 5) hot spring eventhou not many choices but still ok Cons 1) no restaurant available nearby, only got KFC 2) outside delivery need pick up ownself at the main gate eventhou drive by the hotel staff but still very troublesome for guests like me who have 3 kids 3) indoor Swimming pool is not enough heated, water temperature should be around 20+ degree which quite cold when outside temp is at 9~15 degree 4) room wise ac temperature is not working, lucky the weather still quite cold so I don't bother to contact the hotel to complain , just open the window overall for the Westin hotel brand, I'm quite disappointed on the facilities and rooms, but services not bad, and hotel staff are friendly

Facilities: No minibar seems a bit stingy. The standard room I booked has a special layout. Fortunately, I found that I cleaned it before the children touched it. There are obviously uncleaned dust layers and nets under the cabinet, which should have been cleaned for a long time. Environment: The room is on the 3rd floor, and the view is not the best. There is a big tree in front of the room, which blocks the scenery in the distance, but it is quite quiet. The view on the fourth floor should be better. The location of the hotel is not bad, quite quiet. Service: The service is not consistent with my impression of this price hotel. It is a bit poor, not proactive enough, and the details are not considered for customers. Maybe I have high requirements. The service of the hotel in Guilin in June is much better than here. The Internet celebrity swimming pool is very beautiful. I took my children to play in it for half an hour. I didn't dare to play more in October because the water in the swimming pool was still a little cold. The water temperature was 28 degrees. I went to the hot spring on the second floor. It was not bad. The temperature was suitable. I took my children to play for a long time. The hot spring was quite satisfactory, without any special surprises. It was simple and spacious. The indoor hot spring was also quite satisfactory. Tickets for the double fireworks show: The fireworks were a bit disappointing. I went there on October 6th. There was a little water vapor. It was cloudy and drizzled that day. The fireworks were not particularly amazing. There were several links. At the end of each link, it was all smoke. It might be because the wind was not strong and the smoke dissipated very slowly. Later, I went to a farther place. It was much better. Many tourists who did not buy tickets were watching outside the door. It was actually very good. Drone fireworks are a feature, much better than the traditional fireworks before.
