Booked for 3 nights in a row and was upgraded to the 10th floor. The cleaning lady was very serious and could write cards. We also wrote our requirements on the cards and she would complete them as required. I was very satisfied. Although the hotel is located in a remote area of Nanjing, it is very convenient to get to the hotel directly from Nanjing South Station and take the subway to Hedingqiao Station 2 stations after getting off. The breakfast is also very good, especially the fried dough sticks, which are better than expected and very crispy. The automatic curtain button was out of power and could not be pulled up. I called and sent a maintenance person to fix it immediately. The maintenance person's attitude was very good. If you are not in a hurry, the subway and bus are very convenient to go out. It is my best hotel stay in China, the hotel is subway connected, bad weather is not a problem. Big and clean room, many choices of food in breakfast buffet. A warm welcome handwritten card was sent by manager Shiela put in my room, she showed us the subway map and gave us reminders on safe traveling. I am sure to book this hotel again when coming back Nanjing, thanks.
