When I reported this problem to the front desk, I realized that the 4 diamond rating given by Ctrip was reliable. Their service was really good, and their attitude was always fair, serious and friendly! Unlike those 2 or 3 diamond star hotels, they would give a cold face or make things difficult when it came to changing rooms or checking out. In short, except for the quilt and air conditioner, this hotel is still good.
