great hotel, second time here and extremely positive impression, great staff and location

It's hard to comment. We didn't live in the house we originally booked. We moved downstairs. The landlord said he would move us to a better one, so I thought about going there first and took a taxi. It turned out that the facilities were very old and the stairs creaked. , there is a bed downstairs right below the toilet, the water flushes loudly, the landlord is very nice but does not solve the problem. I went there and saw that I didn’t like it and said there was no way to change it back. I planned to cancel the contract and the landlord promised to stay for a while. We were late to change the room the next day, but the next day we were told that someone was staying and they didn't want to change, so there was no room left. However, the room we originally booked was given to someone else. The current room has no advantages except the location. The landlord kept emphasizing on the room. There are 4 beds in the room, but the three of us can't use that many beds. Instead, because the room is full of bed-sized suitcases and there isn't much space to put them, we originally booked three days and stayed for one night and canceled two. Oh my God, I ordered it from another place later. The price is about the same as this one, but it is much more comfortable than this one.
