It was very bad experience in nirmal palace. Poor service

No hot water for both. Room telephone not working. Drinking water not kept. Air conditioner not working properly. Ceiling fan has no regulator.

It was my worsen experience with nirmal hotel. There was not any staff to assist you. When i was checkin i found that, my bedsheet and yellow cover was totally bad as i never seen in cheapest doormetry. When i asked for change that, they said that it will be change by tomorrow morning.

Room had insects crawling. AC was not functioning properly and no telephone was there to communicate to reception. Overall room was unhygienic
