Location is very good, near to the train station so it’s easy to get to the hotel. Not too far walk to the city center where food and amenities are. Hotel is clean. Air conditioning was rather warm and not able to regulate to lower temperatures.

Mostly excellent. The staff were tremendously helpful.
Parking is not the most convenient but nearby regardless; it is the garage for the train station right next door.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel, parmi les trois hôtels que nous avons pratiqué au cours de notre voyage. Mon raisonnement est par conséquent teinté de comparaison… Très bien : La qualité des viennoiseries, la présence d'un parking sur place Bien : Le choix au petit déjeuner, la taille du lit, la chambre bien conçue Moyen : La salle de petit déjeuner semble étriquée, j'avais mal au dos en me réveillant le matin, on entend assez peu les bruits de la rue mais je me suis réveillé vers 5H45 et je ne me suis plus rendormi. Mauvais : La situation à un carrefour avec feux de circulation, même si l'insonorisation est bonne. Une chambre côté rue, quoiqu'on fasse, est bruyante… Très mauvais : La nuit précédente nous avions dormi dans une suite de l'hôtel La Citadelle, à Metz. Même groupe Accord, même nombre d'étoiles, mais grande différences au niveau de la taille de la chambre, de l'emplacement, du calme, de la vue… Ma note de très mauvais est induite par ce point de comparaison : Nettement moins bien pour 10% plus cher ! Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel.

Positives: Good location in historic city center Parking garage next door Triple room had a proper king size bed and a comfortable single rollaway Room safe Needs improvement Air conditioning completely turned off (not disclosed at time of reservation), room was very warm all night, 2nd floor room too noisy to open windows Bathroom sink completely not draining - maintenance issue should have been addressed before arrival Dangerous tub - slippery with high wall For three guests, only two towels provided Check in host did not understand basic English Hotel overall is fairly worn and tired, and not good value

Everything was excellent. Great room, convenient location, and professional service. It has the feel of a hotel geared to business travelers. I would stay there again without a moment’s hesitation. The only thing missing was any warmth. The staff does not stand or sit out at the front desk, greeting guests as they enter or leave. They come out from the glass paneled office when they see someone requiring assistance. They are unfailingly professional and helpful, but very formal.
