The service is very good, it is 4-star standard, the room is clean, but there is no air conditioning for 4 nights during the stay. It is so hot that the family cannot sleep at night (the room is 28 degrees at night and 32 degrees during the day), and the parking lot is also out of order. I was charged a fee (14¥ per night) and was told that it could not be refunded. After checking out, I was told that the credit card deposit could not be refunded immediately due to a foreign card and that I had to wait for a month. The price is not cheap. I hope your hotel can improve the hardware and at least compensate customers if they encounter the above problems.
