性價比還是挺好了，一點點的缺點我個人認為啊，一個是衞生紙真的有點少，大概是兩小包（不是滿的），一個是我們自己下廚，電飯煲有點小（飯沒有很熟，有點生的）沒有什麼調味品（不過我們自己買了，也還好），其他沒問題，性價比很不錯，而且我們當時是延時退房了房東也很好説話沒有為難我們多收錢什麼的

房間看起來乾淨，有窗户，通風較好。但是有些體驗待提升。
1.熱水器不好用，不是冷的就是熱的，我温水一直沒調出來，還被熱水燙傷了。有聯繫房東處理（如圖），不知道現在修好了沒有。
2.雖然有燒水壺，但沒有礦泉水。渴了馬上燒，口水來不及喝。當然我也不習慣用那個燒。燒水壺我看了，感覺好久也沒有用了。我是自己下樓去商店買的蘇打水。
3.重要日用品放置隱蔽。浴室洗澡地板比較滑，但拖鞋放在門口的鞋櫃裏面。毛巾放在房間的衣櫃裏面。我不知道為什麼不放在顯眼的地方，但老闆説，東西放好，看起來才不亂。
4.沒有刮鬍刀、剃鬚膏。男同志可能需要自行準備。
