Very comfortable and spacious room. All rooms have a great view of the river. Service in the lounge is excellent, gym and pool are of a very high standard.

The reservation was made at the Pullman and was upgraded to the Steigenberger Hotel. This is the third time I have stayed at the Steigenberger Hotel. To be honest, the hygiene of this hotel is worse than every time, it is visibly dirty. There was a layer of dust on the mirror, there were spots on the carpet, and the edges and seams of the room were all gray. The hotel concierge is useless and has a very bad attitude.

The hotel is in a great location. Although the room was much more expensive than the day before, considering the location and the room's acceptability, I decided to stay for another day. The front desk clerk was very dedicated and asked if we needed to change the bed sheets and quilt covers, and immediately arranged for someone to clean so that we could rest at noon. The parking lot is also very large. As long as it is not too far from the entrance, you can always find a parking space. The facilities are old, but I want towels. Timely updates of bed sheets and quilt covers will make up for the shortcomings of old facilities.

I stayed here for 3 nights during the Qingming Festival in 2024. In terms of location, it was close to Bayi Square and was a perfect place for sightseeing in the area. It is a 3-minute walk from Ding Park South on subway line 2, so I recommend using the subway. It is a 5-star hotel, but it was renovated in 2016, so it is 8 years old, and unlike recent hotels, it still feels old. However, it is well cleaned, so it is clean. Since the floor is carpeted, I asked for a non-smoking room because many people are concerned about the smell. All rooms have a bathtub and I did not use the shower, but there is no problem with the amount of hot water. Basic amenities, 2 free plastic bottles, TV, refrigerator, all at a standard level. The impression/attitude of the staff is also fine. As for breakfast, first of all, it starts at 7:00, but it is not ready until after 7:30. It is 30 minutes, but I wish they would try harder. Also, the quality of the food is not good. There are Nanchang local dishes every day, but there are very few other menus. The congee/baozi etc. are normal, but the fried rice/fried noodles are not that great. Therefore, I ate bread/cakes ordered from elsewhere. I wish they would make a bit more effort! As for dinner, there aren't many big restaurants nearby, just ramen/hamburger places, so it might be better to eat around the tourist spots. As mentioned above, it does feel old, but in terms of cost-effectiveness, it's a good choice for tourists, so I recommend it!

Hotel locates beside the Ganjiang River. the scenery is amzing,and Their service was aweful, especially Ms. Clover. if any chance，I will choose again.

It and Tengwang Pavilion are on the Ganjiang River side, which is convenient for sightseeing. Service: Super good. Call in advance to communicate before check-in. When checking in, whether it is the guide in the parking lot or the young man at the lobby concierge, they are enthusiastic and considerate. Special thanks to Miss Pan of the hotel. I would like to say that the hotel breakfast is also very good, with local specialties. Even the fried dough sticks are made by yourself, not the kind bought outside.

We have stop over during Chinese new year National days. The location is very good, nice view from the hotel. The buffet has a lot of choices. Price is reasonable

This is my second stay at the Primus and I believe there will be another in my near future. I love stay-cations as a way to unwind and rest from work. This particular trip was for my birthday and the staff was so kind to help us celebrate. From the decorations to the pool to the huge tub (I love baths!) and yummy breakfast. It was just the celebration I was looking for. So thankful they are just a Didi away! They even decorated my friend’s room too! The locker rooms have a steam room but it’s not constantly on. You have to ask them to turn it on and it takes awhile to heat up so, if you know you want to use it let the staff know well ahead of time. You can get massages but I have a regular place I love in the city that isn’t as pricey so I just go there. Sometimes breakfast is amazing and sometimes it’s ok…depends on what’s available I think. The best part! A miracle! I locked my passport and wallet in the room safe. Something I rarely do. Well, 3 days later I received a call from the front desk telling me they found my belongs in the room. I hadn’t even realized! Smh…I was so grateful. I ran over immediately and was given everything (after a few questions to make sure it was really me ). Nothing was missing! I’m still in shock and awe. Thanks again to the man at the front desk with excellent English and a kind demeanor who helped with my wallet. Really everyone was wonderful and it really makes a difference. I tell everyone to stay there and it’s because of the great service. Thanks Primus! I’m sure I’ll be back before work starts up again in February 2023. 新年快乐🎉🎆

The room was clean and the service was very good. When we checked in at the lobby, a Sheraton employee named Zhou Yi received us. His service was meticulous and his smile made us feel warm. My room was on the 23rd floor. The river view from the window was great. I will come to Sheraton again next time.
