優點：服務挺好的，辦入住時給我們升級了房間，在九樓，房間裏可以直接看九龍湖，視野開闊，環境好；前台看到我們帶小孩，主動多送了一份洗漱用品和早餐給我們，細節滿滿。雖然酒店設施不算高級，性價比還是比較高，買的套餐送融創樂園票，第二天還看到樂園裡正在畫哪吒牆體彩繪，真是與時俱進。
缺點：酒店衹是入住那幾天正好天氣比較熱，因為剛到春天，整個酒店空調統一使用制熱模式，而沒有製冷模式，熱的沒睡好。

通過攜程預訂的，作為長途旅行的中間落腳點，帶娃休息，房間乾淨，管家園園提前幫我們安排了客房升級，還提供了早餐，早餐比較豐富，周邊就是融創茂，吃玩都很方便，很滿意。

前台跟熱情，免費升級了房型，但是房間很舊也很小，裏面設施還沒現在普通的快捷酒店智能，早餐也不行，東西種類很少，雞蛋培根那些都是冷的，油條也是硬邦邦，一點也不符合我心裏五星級的標準，下次再去的話可能會選擇嘗試隔壁的施伯閣。

設施比較老舊，半夜有噪音，乒乓球砸擊地板的聲音，很影響睡眠，拖家帶口出行還是需要一個安靜一點的環境，休息好了才有精力遊玩。早餐也很一般，有條件還是自己出去吃吧
