Best hotel in Nanchang since 2017. No competition. Breakfast has improved since then, and I’ve stayed here for months at a time. Great maid service, especially Mrs. Ke Lizhen, she has been working hard everyday, always positive and cleans quickly/thoroughly! Beautiful hotel and rooms are very cheap for the spaciousness and quality. Always bring me fruit, snacks etc 10/10, will always be my goto hotel in Nanchang!

The sound insulation is no problem. There is Line 4 on the right hand side of several attractions, but with children do not want to squeeze the subway to take a taxi to the starting price of each attraction, but the Spring Festival travel must increase the price. It is recommended to avoid the Spring Festival. It is good to live here. It is not in popular attractions and will not block the noise. There is a big shopping mall in the subway station, but there is no time to go shopping. There should be some restaurants for eating. Need to improve is that the toilet sink switch is not easy to open, the toilet shower water is very comfortable to wash.

Complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and stable throughout my stay. 3. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a good mix of Western and Chinese dishes. From fresh fruit and pastries to local delicacies like dumplings, there was something for every taste. The breakfast area was clean, and the staff was attentive to refilling items and clearing tables. 4. Service: The staff at Hampton by Hilton Nanchang were friendly and helpful. Though not everyone was fluent in English, they made a genuine effort to assist with all requests. I felt welcomed throughout my stay, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. 5. Room Size: While the rooms were clean and comfortable, they weren’t particularly spacious, especially if you’re staying for a longer period or with family. It was fine for a solo traveler or a couple, but families might feel a bit cramped. 2. Limited Dining Options: While the breakfast was great, the hotel’s on-site dining options beyond breakfast were somewhat limited. There is a small restaurant, but for more varied meal options, you’ll need to explore nearby restaurants or order delivery. 3. Noise: Depending on your room’s location, you might hear some street noise, especially during busy times. It wasn’t overwhelming but could be noticeable for light sleepers. Who It’s Best For:

When I booked the room, I didn't expect that the night view of the room I booked was simply amazing. Tengwang Pavilion was right outside the window. Since I usually don't like to go out at night after playing during the day, I thought I might not be able to see the night view of Tengwang Pavilion. As a result, I not only watched the night view every night, but also watched a little performance with the help of the small telescope I brought. I was so happy. The breakfast was very rich, with many kinds of snacks. The main meal was not provided, but you can order takeout, which will be delivered to the door of the room by a robot. We are elderly people and used to like hotels that provide three meals a day. This is the first time I have experienced the service of robots, which is very interesting.

The hotel service was par excellence! Our taxi driver brought us to the main hotel instead of its branch 7 km away. A senior staff member having found out our mistake voluntarily took us in her car to the hotel we booked! All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was very clean and the amenities were in good condition! It is only about 300m from Tengwang Pavilion (滕王阁) we wanted to visit. Will definitely book it again for my next trip.

Facilities: The facilities are relatively old, after all, they are a bit old, and there is no odor in the room. All the rooms have carpet, so imagine. My first room was nonsmoking by sign alone. The smell, ashtray and cigarette burns on the carpet said otherwise. The second room was similar. Both rooms AC return filters looked like velvet. I’m surprised any air enters. The third room was nicer than the first and the smell was only the carpet. The non smoking elevator lobbies have ashtrays too, with fresh ashes in the sand. Clearly, guests are getting mixed signals. Threaten the deposit if smoking in non smoking rooms or areas!! I am picky, and I took only one star off because everything else was very clean. The breakfast selection, venue, and views were awesome! Overall, it’s a good price for what you get.

The ladies at the front desk, Mi Le and Minou, provided very good service. They also served tea and warm water during check-out. Check-in was also very fast. The books in the bamboo house were neatly arranged and there was a sofa. The room was hygienic and clean, and the hot water came out quickly. The TV can project the screen, the Atour mattress is very comfortable, there is a laundry room and a gym, and late-night porridge is served in the evening, which is very considerate. If you need anything, call and ask and they will enthusiastically provide it. You can also go to the restaurant for breakfast, a combination of Western and Chinese food, very I like it, the fruit is very fresh and the stay experience is very good~
