The view when you walk to your lodging was spectacular. The terrace to look at over the valley was relaxing. The staff was friendly and we especially enjoyed meeting a local artist. Mr. Daniel Mutinda had a few pictures and cards displayed but they did not do them justice for how amazing these works of art are. A staff member introduced us to Mr. Mutinda and we ordered several pictures from him of the birds and wildlife. So kind and appreciative of the staff who made our stay very nice. We enjoyed the entertainment in the evening as well.

A newer more modern lodge with amazing views and rooms. The food was excellent and the staff first rate. We had the lodges furthest from reception but a shuttle was provided to transport us and our luggage. This lodge is perched over a hill and from some points you can get a glimpse of the lake. The room and bath are small but the overall view and ambience of the place make up for it. The restaurant serves very tasty food. They have a bird feeding session that attracts a lot of birds if you are interested. The staff smile a lot and made us feel welcome. Pleasant stay.
