TaamJai Resort

Absolutely the best “airport hotel” - it has amazing rooms wonderful shower huge fridge and next to a 7/11! Trip from Nakhon P city is only 200bath and hotel has airport shuttle! The price is so low which is why I rank it higher than any Hilton airport hotel because the rooms are just amazing. Girl in front desk didn’t speak English but was so helpful, I had the google translate app 🙂 WiFi is really good too! If the airport transport is really here at 8 then I’d give it 10 stars.
R Photo Hotel
4.3/527 Reviews
An acceptable place to stay for a few nights. Location is a few kilometers outside of the city center/walking street area. The sister hotel, R2, is located right behind so you have that option as well. There's generous parking and hotel grounds are maintained and tidy. Check-in is a bit stiff, receptionists doing the bare minimum and hardly saying anything. The room was perfectly fine with good cleanliness and comfy bed, everything is still in quite nice condition. However, walls are paper thin so can't say the room felt private as the soundproofing was so poor you could hear people cough in the adjacent room and lean against the headboard of their bed which was against the wall—just to give you an idea. Also found that the bathroom had a strange odor, perhaps coming from the pipes. The hotel has a coffee shop, Japanese restaurant, and a rooftop bar/restaurant; the latter was always empty and staff would be lounging outside, leaning against the railing and eyeing guests from above. Even when we went upstairs, no one said a word or approached to welcome us, so we ended up going someplace else. At the time of our visit, breakfast was closed and had been since the pandemic. Reception isn't available 24h but there's a guard on duty at night, we checked-out at dawn and found the guard sleeping soundly on the sofa in the lobby.
The Room Hotel
3.1/53 Reviews
From the previous reviews of this hotel, I've read that people says that this is a budget hotel. Yes, it is. No doubt about it. But I would also wish to add the fact that this was one of the best hotels in terms of bed and pillow, which I believe when you stay at a hotel, it is a simple fact that cannot be neglected. Other that this, the room is clean and the see through glass wall of the bathroom offered a ”spacey” feel to the room. On the not so shiny side of the coin, the Wifi was quite weak. But that was also the only poorly performed part.
Baan Rim Khong Hotel

The accommodation is clean, but the floor is a bit sticky. The staff do not take good care of customers at all. The breakfast that I bought more is to have sandwiches and coffee. As for rice, if you want to eat porridge, buy more??? Unfortunately, the food costs paid a lot. Understand that I will have breakfast
Porpiang Hotel
3.9/56 Reviews
The Pornpiang was just perfect ... Check-in – Well it was super-flexible, noting that a slightly disorganised yours truly left it all until the proverbial eleventh hour (11th hours), to get organised with regards booking my accommodation for my first ever stay in Nakhon Phanom (NKP). The staff are highly professional and courteous, with solid English second language (ESL) skills to boot. I handed over my cash, my passport was copied, key-card issued with instructions and before I knew it, I was camped out in front of the television (TV) on one of the mega-comfy twin beds. … Duration - Excellent assistance and ideas shared by the team during my stay. One of the highlights on my third and final day, was the use of one of the hotels cycles, which I duly used for a Sunday morning bike-about along the water, to and from my breakfast on the Mekong River. One of things I enjoyed was the fact that the location gives one the best of both worlds for the area. Namely, that you have the central business district (CBD) on your doorstep and all the sightseeing, dinning, drinking and people watching opportunities of NKP Walking Street (see my YouTube), which in my view, is a must-do if you are in town on a Saturday night. … Check-out – I also left my transfer to the bus terminal until the 11th hour and once again, it was smartly sorted by the local experts at reception, who duly organised for me an economical and on-time tuk-tuk taxi ride to the bus station, for my onward trip to Udon Thani. Oh yes, I highly recommend this wonderful hotel and no doubt, I will be back …
Fortune View Khong Hotel Nakhon Phanom
4.7/5124 Reviews
Stayed in February 2022 for 2 nights, the staff gave the room to us even though they knew that the toilet lid was not tight, until checked out they still hadn’t fixed it. Breakfast has a bread zone, orange jam, strawberry jam, steamed rice, egg fried rice, 2-3 more menus to be chosen. egg zone, fried egg, omelet, etc. boiled rice, vietnamese noodles. fruits are quite fresh and clean. Pure water, orange juice seemed like they mixed with many brands. Fresh milk, cornflakes, quite a variety, food are okay. Good location, next to the Mekong River walkway, there is a 7-11 next to the hotel, opposite the hotel there is a parking lot which quite spacious and comfortable. Located in the heart of the city, not far to drive and look around. there is a walking street just 3-5 mins drive. Stunning view of Makong river if requesting a room on the river side. You will see the sunrise, cool breeze, and there are bicycles to borrow to ride. There are many restaurants nearby good for dinner, gas station. it takes about 20-25 minutes to drive from the airport. If renting a car, do not fill up the oil here. the oil will reduce 1 mark and be fined from the company you can’t say you won’t pay because you have limited time. Go to fill up near the airport.
