I stayed in this hotel for 10 nights on 07 March 2024. The room were very clean I even left a tip for the room cleaner for the first time in my life. Really, Everything was lovely, breakfast, food on rooftop restaurant and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Definately I will be coming back. Happy customer, Kate😃

Unexpectedly big! ! ! I don't know if it was arranged. I have one bedroom and one living room, which has become an oversized three bedrooms and two living rooms. Clean, well-equipped apartment, including microwave, oven, refrigerator, tableware, kitchenware, pots, parking lot downstairs, security is tight, visitors need to verify their identity to enter, Nairobi apartment ceiling.

I loved the bed and food was divers. The potter and receptionist were friendly and welcoming. House keeping was on time and managed to remake my room in a space of small time.The location was also fair for a business person like me as it was not very far from the airport.

The hotel is new and beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast and dinner are delicious, and the staff is warm and thoughtful. The hotel is in a good location, about a ten-minute walk from the Kenya National Museum, less than half an hour by highway from the Kenyatta Airport, and it is also convenient to take a taxi to the Giraffe Conservation Center and Karen's House. We went in and out of Nairobi during our trip to Africa, and chose to stay at JW Marriott both times. Safe and comfortable. Recommended.

Best service ever. Friendly staff and very welcoming. Safe area, clean and very nice breakfast which is made for you as like it personally. The staffs are very nice people. They do everything you would like you'd ask. ASAP! Thanks to all staff working there from the guards to chefs to the receptionist. Especially receptionist Ann and others who are working at night. I will book this hotel every time I'm going to be visiting Nairobi and also the hotel is very safe for your valuable staffs. there's a safe at the room but your other bigger stafs like laptobs are also safe Thanks, Ann and Others that work mostly at night. You guys made my vacation unforgettable.

I don't want to talk to Trip.com about ］. Domestic can be said to be the four-star standard of the hotel more than ten years ago, clean and tidy, no toiletries and disposable slippers. The sound insulation is relatively poor, the glass windows are not closed, and the wind will be very loud. The staff is very good, the meeting will be very warm to say hello, will take the initiative to help solve the problem. Breakfast is OK, can eat enough, it is estimated that the restaurant is darker, resulting in not much appetite to see anything. There are not too many types of fruit every day, and pineapple is very sweet. The surrounding location is also safe, very close to the taxi.

The room is relatively large, and all the equipment is a bit old, with a sense of age, but the lights are dim, and I personally prefer brighter ones! The hotel does not have disposable supplies such as toothbrushes, but disposable slippers! The bathtub in the bathroom is very small, and the whole bathroom is quite tight! You can hear the sound of dripping water next door. The sound insulation effect is average, and you can hear speeches in the aisle clearly. The floor is not high. At 1.8 meters, you may feel that Mount Tai is overwhelming! Restaurant services are also available, but there are very few cuisines! The gym is also very small, and the swimming pool is okay, although it is not big, it looks good and clean! The restaurant on the fifth floor has average dishes! The location is in the center of the town, but it's not safe here, you can't go out at night, the hotel service staff will also advise you not to go out, you must be accompanied by a man when you go out during the day, and don't expose your jewelry, etc. Because it belongs to the town, the location is good, but the staff is responsible. If you call a car from the hotel to the designated place, then this trip is no problem! If you like to go shopping and eat at night or be close to the supermarket, it is recommended to live near the sarit center, where it is relatively safe during the day and night, and it is also a new area where almost all the bosses in the town live in this area!

On the day I arrived - they seemed to have been facing electrical problems for past week. So lifts, doors, and electricity in rooms were not working properly. It appeared to have been resolved on the day I left. I booked because of closeness to airport and train station. They offer complimentary pick up and drop off. They were very nice to offer a late checkout until I left for the airport. Has a big gym, a nice pool and pretty good breakfast. Be aware that there is literally nothing around the hotel - so you can’t really go for a walk or just go grab something to eat.
