There, I ran out of money, the hotel manager was a Chinese, and he also helped to accept the domestic WeChat exchange of RMB for US dollars. It was almost a sense of seeing a fellow countryman. Very grateful for the hotel's help, very humane. Will stay there next time I go.

The Nairobi Marriott Hotel just opened this year, with new facilities and comfortable living. It is also very convenient to travel around the hotel, Uber arrives in a few minutes, and the drivers can speak English.

Anthony, a trainee at the concierge, was super friendly and helpful. Super professionalism made my stay rewarding. The breakfast was very good but the room wifi was very weak and cannot be connected. Location is great and restaurant Kilimanjaro, riverside shuttle station are within walking distance.

You can hear the sound of dripping water next door. The sound insulation effect is average, and you can hear speeches in the aisle clearly. The floor is not high. At 1.8 meters, you may feel that Mount Tai is overwhelming! Restaurant services are also available, but there are very few cuisines! The gym is also very small, and the swimming pool is okay, although it is not big, it looks good and clean! The restaurant on the fifth floor has average dishes! The location is in the center of the town, but it's not safe here, you can't go out at night, the hotel service staff will also advise you not to go out, you must be accompanied by a man when you go out during the day, and don't expose your jewelry, etc. Because it belongs to the town, the location is good, but the staff is responsible. If you call a car from the hotel to the designated place, then this trip is no problem! If you like to go shopping and eat at night or be close to the supermarket, it is recommended to live near the sarit center, where it is relatively safe during the day and night, and it is also a new area where almost all the bosses in the town live in this area!

The hotel is opened by the Chinese, the room is large, the bed is large, and the standard room in Africa has been living for so long. The standard double bed of this hotel is the largest.

I stayed in this hotel for 10 nights on 07 March 2024. The room were very clean I even left a tip for the room cleaner for the first time in my life. Really, Everything was lovely, breakfast, food on rooftop restaurant and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Definately I will be coming back. Happy customer, Kate😃

The hotel service including food and room service was excellent. The hotel staff is very welcoming with a smile everytime and makes u feel always taken care of. I definitely recommend staying at the Pullman hotel. Room very beautiful and cosy with all accessories available. Hope to come back again.

I enjoyed my stay at this beautiful hotel. Loved the food and reception was uptown standard. The cleanliness was also pleasant. I will refer more friends to come have a vist any day. The hotel is well allocated since its close to all essential amenities.

The location was ideal for our visit. Very close to the supermarket chain Naivas, where we were able to shop for our daily needs.Friendly front desk staff and security personnel. The accommodationn was very well secured and cleaned daily. Could have asked for any better. Wifi connectivity was very reliable all the time. A very nice service apartment and will recommend.

On the day I arrived - they seemed to have been facing electrical problems for past week. So lifts, doors, and electricity in rooms were not working properly. It appeared to have been resolved on the day I left. I booked because of closeness to airport and train station. They offer complimentary pick up and drop off. They were very nice to offer a late checkout until I left for the airport. Has a big gym, a nice pool and pretty good breakfast. Be aware that there is literally nothing around the hotel - so you can’t really go for a walk or just go grab something to eat.
