I stayed in this hotel for 10 nights on 07 March 2024. The room were very clean I even left a tip for the room cleaner for the first time in my life. This is a very decent hotel. What is great about it is the very high standards of service. All personnel were polite, professional, capable and helpful. The room was a standard one with all necessary amenities. Time and usage have taken their toll on the bathroom and some of the furniture. The towels were very tired and the hairdryer dirty and sticky , something that made an overall unpleasant impression. Breakfast was satisfactory with a variety of options. The hotel is not centrally located in Nairobi and the area around it, though interesting and vibrant, does not offer many opportunities to stroll around. We felt safe and well taken care of and this is important. Given the Marriot-Bonvoy association of the Four Points franchise and our Elite membership, we expected an upgrade, but we did not get one.
