The gym is also very small, and the swimming pool is okay, although it is not big, it looks good and clean! The restaurant on the fifth floor has average dishes! The location is in the center of the town, but it's not safe here, you can't go out at night, the hotel service staff will also advise you not to go out, you must be accompanied by a man when you go out during the day, and don't expose your jewelry, etc. Because it belongs to the town, the location is good, but the staff is responsible. If you call a car from the hotel to the designated place, then this trip is no problem! If you like to go shopping and eat at night or be close to the supermarket, it is recommended to live near the sarit center, where it is relatively safe during the day and night, and it is also a new area where almost all the bosses in the town live in this area!

Anthony, a trainee at the concierge, was super friendly and helpful. Super professionalism made my stay rewarding. The breakfast was very good but the room wifi was very weak and cannot be connected. Location is great and restaurant Kilimanjaro, riverside shuttle station are within walking distance.

The hotel is opened by the Chinese, the room is large, the bed is large, and the standard room in Africa has been living for so long. The standard double bed of this hotel is the largest.

I enjoyed my stay at this beautiful hotel. Loved the food and reception was uptown standard. The cleanliness was also pleasant. I will refer more friends to come have a vist any day. The hotel is well allocated since its close to all essential amenities.

The bed was soft and comfortable, the breakfast was OK and the environment was nice. The only problem was that the water was yellow and smelled like disinfectant, whether it was flushing the toilet or taking a shower.

It feels very good. The hotel has Chinese food. The hotel staff and hotel managers are very friendly and attentive. There are shopping malls near the hotel, a few minutes’ drive away, and shopping is also convenient. After staying there for a week, the hotel can rent a car and it is safe to go out. There, I ran out of money, the hotel manager was a Chinese, and he also helped to accept the domestic WeChat exchange of RMB for US dollars. It was almost a sense of seeing a fellow countryman. Very grateful for the hotel's help, very humane. Will stay there next time I go.

I stayed in this hotel for 10 nights on 07 March 2024. The room were very clean I even left a tip for the room cleaner for the first time in my life. Really, Everything was lovely, breakfast, food on rooftop restaurant and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Definately I will be coming back. Happy customer, Kate😃

From the moment I arrived at the hotel, the staff and security was overwhelmingly welcoming and accommodating. My room was immaculate and the room service staff did a great job every single day. The restaurant and cafe are affordable, and have some really delicious options. The food and coffee was always great. You can tell the staff genuinely care about making your stay an awesome experience. The location is great as well. Close to things while still being quiet. Very short walk to the craft center which has a ton of great restaurants and some shops. Just a little further and you’re at the village market mall. Last but not least, the hotel is secure. There is a steel gate, bolliards, and security guards 24/7. I would stay here again, no question.
