I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent stay at Namha Hotel, Nainital. I had anticipated a relaxing and smooth experience, but unfortunately, my experience was tarnished by the lack of professionalism and poor service provided by your transportation arrangements. On 3rd November in the evening , I was scheduled to be picked up by the hotel cab at the market. However, despite waiting for 40 minutes, the driver failed to arrive on time. Throughout this period, I contacted the driver multiple times, and each time he assured me he was just 10 minutes away. After waiting for an extended period with these repeated assurances, I was informed that the driver had taken another guest, leaving me waiting without any communication or alternative arrangement. This experience left me frustrated and inconvenienced. Waiting in a new place without reliable transport and the inability to reach my hotel was both unpleasant and unprofessional. I had chosen Namha Hotel specifically for its reputed service quality, but this incident has made me question my choice. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously to ensure no other guests face such inconvenience. I expect an explanation for the driver’s actions and the steps Namha Hotel plans to implement to improve your service reliability.
