3 of us stayed at hotel vista for 1 night in the gold (triple bed) room in mid november. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle free. Location: situated in bhowali near to the market. Grocery shops and restaurants are nearby at walking distance. Car parking: the hotel compound has both stilt and open car parking with ample space. Room: room was spacious for 3 people. It had a double bed and a single bed. Bed sheets were clean. Blankets could have been better. They looked worn out. They didn't provide a comforter for the single bed though. That is an improvement they should make. Bathroom: clean and not cramped. Had both hot and cold water supply for 24 hours. Food: was good. Had aloo paratha, mix pratha and masala tea. Feedback to hotel: please improve the dormitory for drivers.

Property location is good in bhowali. Food is average, sometime there was excessive salt, sometime very less. Swiggy zomato not available in nearby areas. Not many option to choose from nearby restaurant. Free early check in. Good staff behavior.

No proper meal, bad quality food and beverages, worst of all they didn't even have 50% foods available in provided in menu. Further rates are also high with reference to room quality and services.

The stay was comfortable, rooms were spacious, clean and the view from the window was mesmerizing. Loved the food delicacies and overall experience of stay was soothing and refreshing.

Pathetic and smelly condition of washroom - bathing shower is not in working conditions - no exhaust fan in washroom. Food quality also poor - if you order two cups of tea - u will get 1. 5 cup in kettle. Hotel location is not easily accessible through google map and when u call on contact number provided on google no one bothers to pick the call or call back if busy. Overall zero rating

I booked a silver room here for two days but they gave me a diamond room, i visited many hotels but did not see hospitality like hotel vista. They have such a well behaved staff and the receptionists were also very polite. The view from my room was eye soothing. Overall all best experience in hotel vista.
