Rooms are clean , mattresses and pillows are clean and sufficient.Need to change towels and napkins. Food is excellent and staff in restaurant is very good , gives good quality service.Good ambiance and supportive staff.Krep it up guys with wonderful sevice.

property was good ,ambience was also good ,rooms were comfortable hospitality was good. the things which were not available was driver accomodation driver has to stay far away from the hotel children activity area was not available and the rates of the hotel were quite high.it was overly priced according to services available.not at all budget friendly in house dining rates were also quite high.

The room was comfortable, the service was prompt and good and the food was really nice. Waking up to the sounds of the flute played by the flautist in the outdoor dining space was such a pleasant and calming surprise! The setting of Earls court with the soaring peaks and the trees around is sure stress buster!

The Property is simple great.. best maintained vintage property Hospitality level is excellent. From now onwards, this becomes my only choice at Nainital. Location is great,peaceful, restaurant and food is great. Room cleanliness, pick and drop facility... All adds to just awesome.

Location is near to mall road. Its a small 30 room property with nothing to do apart from stay in room. Rooms are very good which is only plus for this property. Food at the property is below average. Service is just about ok. If you are looking for only rooms and do not have any expectation from the hotel its worthwhile considering, however if you are looking for any sort of experience in the hotel and great food, explore other options.

Good Hotel in Nainital n also food was very good. Best location. Experience was very good as we had stay for 2 night in November, climate is extremely very good, Staff of hotel were very coporative they were always ready to help . Rooms were very clean.
