I think I made a reservation for the new building, but the room was a little narrow because I made a reservation for the main building.
I am satisfied with everything else.
I only used the family bath once, but it would be nice to have at least one more family bath!

Indeed a happy place, my family enjoyed our vacation. This trip is to celebrate my son's birthday and I am really happy to recommend this place. Just a tip, make sure to check their page for announcements before booking a room or even for walk in because of private events like team building happening in the resort.

It has potential but some of the areas were not available not because it’s unfinished but they make it open only for private function. (Ei:Mini Japan)
The employees are kind and friendly but the staff at their Amare Restaurant wasn’t so helpful and friendly m. The rooms are nice but some areas are unclean most especially the swimming pool which is so important that they should keep clean. There are too much mosquitoes as well! They need to do something with that. The water in the room has issues as well.
But in general we enjoyed our stay. God place for family especially the kids.

First I want to thanks who received my call the day busy time Last Jan 2. She gave me nice place where we place which area to accommodate my whole family. It was really great to experience I celebrate my birthday here with my family ,the oldies and teenage get there selfies walking in the morning there a lot place u will enjoy different country and kids love to enjoy swimming 5 different pool design each Country place. The best experience and enjoy relaxing with clean fresh air. And the Owner of this place i will say Wow even he didn’t know me his so kind🤗 And we will recomend this as 5star

We booked on a holiday so the rate was a bit expensive. There was a free breakfast though so it's alright. We booked the Japan Villa (private villa with pool) and had a blast. The kids loved it. Although time and time again there were people coming inside the premises even with a sign by the entrance that the villa was booked privately so we had to keep telling these people to leave. I wish the management could have installed a more visible and secure "gate" or "fence". I also loved that we had our own "private" lifeguard so even when I was inside the villa I was not that afraid to leave the kids in the pool for several minutes. The view and sounds the morning after was beautiful! It felt like I was one with nature. They did a good job in building several landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower and Pyramid of Giza. The train ride was short though. There were also mosquitos so we had to get offlotion from a drug store in Trece Martires. I also suggest having more activities in the resort. In all, we loved this place. We may come back. This is a wonderful place for the family.
