Best Naha Spa Hotels

I was very satisfied with the large facilities and the swimming pool at this hotel. The room was spacious, and both the indoor and outdoor pools, along with the hot springs, were very clean, making it a place I want to visit again. Although the breakfast area was a bit small, the food was absolutely delicious. I’d like to especially thank Ms. Jisun Kim, the Korean staff member, for her repeated assistance. However, during check-in, I was quite uncomfortable with the front desk staff member, HIGA, who repeatedly used the phrase ”as I said” while explaining things like the hotel parking. I hope this feedback helps with the hotel's future operations.

The hotel is right in the center of kokusai toori, and has very easy access to most shops in this area. The room is large and clean, and it has great amenities like the gym and sauna which opens till late. Customer service provided by the staff members was top notch as well during my stay, and there were plenty of convenience stores just downstairs to satisfy any late night cravings. Parking space is ample (at the basement of the hotel), but you'll be charged 1500 yen per day if you choose to park there. Overall I'd recommend this accommodation for travellers who want to be based within Naha and choose to drive out to explore the rest of Okinawa.

The facilities and services are very good. It has its own parking lot for 1800 yen. After registering the license plate, you can come and go by yourself (if there is a place), it takes about 10 minutes to walk to Kokusai Street. It is too hot to walk during the day, but it is okay to walk after dinner. It’s still slower to walk with children. There is a Poolside party in the swimming pool, there are people singing, and the atmosphere is very good.

The hotel environment is good, especially the guest lounge area, which is large and quiet. It is very good to rest and drink coffee. The room layout is also OK, and it is convenient to put some small things. The biggest regret is that the window cannot be opened for ventilation. It's like living in a room without windows. I'm really not used to it.

Despite not able to get parking lot at e hotel, their staff showed us where we can park our car during our stay. On days when we did not require cleaning, they will still give a bag of new towels & mineral water. They even gave a can of coke too. This is definitely a PLUS points as we need to request for water in some hotel when we did not require cleaning. On their 2nd floor, they have common area for us to have our takeaway meals. They also have soft drinks, hot drinks, alcohol & ice-cream for you to help yourselves with, not forgetting noodles dinner service.... It would be good if e bath tub & shower area were separated. It will hinder my decision to stay there next time if I'm travelling with my parents.

We had a pleasant stay at Loisir spa tower hotel, the onsen was quiet, clean, staff were great. Near airport and car rental companies. Saved time for a relax breakfast before departure. We will come back again. One thing would like to mention is we left our baby blanket in bedroom. I hope the hotel could find it. Thank you.

Feel like this room is smaller than general Japan’s hotel rooms. You can’t really open a luggage larger than 24inches unless your luggage are those front opening ones. I am travelling solo with a 20inches lugg so it’s fine for me but there is not much space for me to put my souvenirs(don’t wanna put them on the floor). If you got more than 1 large luggage and plan to buy lots of souvenirs, then you need to consider booking a larger room or other hotels. However, the bed was larger than it was shown in the pics. There is no wardrobe, you could hang your clothes on the rack. Room lowest temperature is 20 degrees so sometimes I still feel hot. Also, the other drawback is the fridge isn’t cold at all. Feels like room temperature so better not to put food inside!! Front desk can’t really speak English but they tried their best to help with everything so 10/10 for service! Please be aware that there is a machine on each floor that looks like coin exchange but it’s for VOD. I admit it’s my fault that I didn’t read the sign. However, front desk refunded after I explained the issue. Forgot my room key & gave me a new one without any charges. Service was better than many luxurious hotels👍🏻 Around 6 minutes walk to monorail and DFS mall. Hotel is very easy to find. Main place mall is just opposite the hotel, a few convenience stores nearby. Less than 10 minutes walk to local tour pick up spot. Didn’t try the hot spring and buffet breakfast but there are many restaurants in Main place mall. The neighbourhood is quiet and not as crowded as International Street.

This hotel is quite remote. You need to walk downhill and then reach Kokusai-dori in 15 minutes. Hotel, high-class. If you miss breakfast, you can change it to lunch. The hotel room is not big, but the bathroom is big and high-class.

The room is extremely small for 2 adults & 1 child but can’t complain much with that price. There’s not much of space to put luggage bag. However, the bathroom is arguably quite spacious. No wardrobe or drawers. The facility seems new and well maintained. Not near to monorail, only one shrine at nearby. If driving, the parking is $1500 yen per night, free to go in or on anytime. Once paid, there’s always a slot for you. The hot spring is quite crowded at night. It has a small swimming pool on 2nd floor, nothing much on the views as the hotel is surrounded by many other buildings.

Turning around the hotel is Kokusai Street and AEON’s 24-hour supermarket. I’m not afraid of being hungry. The good service attitude of the hotel counter staff is my most recommended main reason. The breakfast is very rich (Japanese and Western), but the room prices are very different. There is a large bath upstairs, and luggage storage service is provided before check-in and after check-out.
