We used the cabin in October at the campaign price immediately after OPEN. The building and facilities are clean because I just opened. No smoking in the building except for the smoking room in the back of the first floor. Because the trash can was small and overflowing everywhere, I pointed out through other accommodation sites, but was it improved? From now on, we hope that the color 々 will be improved while trying and error. The building is divided into female floors, male floors, and male floors.A list band with security function is required to enter a cabin or capsule accommodation area and a large bath. However, the toilet and powder room on the same floor as the accommodation area are outside the security restriction area, so it was troublesome to bring a wristband one by one when leaving the accommodation area. This means that if you are a malicious man, you can enter the ladies' floor toilet and powder room. I'm sorry that I didn't notice these problems at the design stage. I only described the negative side so far, but the transportation was good and the overall was clean, so I am generally satisfied. In Naha, there are few accommodations with large baths at low prices, so I think I will use it again.

Rooms that are large and clean enough. The bath is large and separate from the toilet. There is a little distance from the station, and adult shops are concentrated around. However, there is no security, and there is a convenience store nearby, and there is no problem in other places.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times. Whenever I travel to Okinawa, I stay here, exclusively and usually for two to three months at a time. The hotel is typical of a Hilton branded hotel; very nice and exceptionally clean. The staff is very professional and accommodating. The thing that sets them apart from the others is how friendly they are. They make you feel like you are coming home after a long day of work. It doesn't matter if you are speaking with a desk clerk, a house maid or the general manager; they are all wonderful. I am going back in about 10 days for another 2.5 months and I look forward to seeing all the wonderful people at Doubletree Naha! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Southern Okinawa. Great hotel at a budget price!

Although the room is quite small, it provides all necessary facilities you need when you stay in a hotel. Breakfast was good. Location is the best.
One annoying thing is the smoking area at the front door of the hotel. We smelled it many times when we walked in or out from the hotel.

After researching thoroughly for our anniversary/babymoon, we were happy this hotel was close to the bus terminal as well as downtown area with all the restaurants (roughly 15-20 mins). Hotel also came with detergent (for a fee) to use in their washer/dryer. Now the downside - this hotel can't possibly be a 4 star hotel, DO NOT fall for it. The hotel lobby is dated as is the room. We booked a double room/suite that's supposed to come with a double bed and view. Instead, we got a room with sofa and 2 twin beds facing a hotel with a smiley face and the sea somewhere in the back. So for the first night since it was late, we squeezed into 1 bed. On the second day, I went to the front and told them what we had booked and asked if they can change our room because I had paid a higher rate. What ended up happening is they pushed the 2 beds together and Voila! Now we get a ”double bed” with a crack in the middle. Luckily we only had 2 nights of this left, my poor husband slept in the crack of this hard AF bed. The bed was old and excruciatingly painful. My husband couldn't believe how hard the bed was! We contemplated sleeping on the floor if it wasn't so dirty and we had thicker blankets. Imagine being 25 weeks pregnant and having to sleep on your side on such a hard bed - my back, hips and shoulders were sore for days after leaving Okinawa. I thought the pain was from being pregnant until it resolved as we continued our trip and ended up in a different hotel. I have never slept on such a hard bed - and I've slept in hostels, shared beds with multiple friends, and had slept on cracks numerous times during my travel. By far, this has been THE WORST experience. I've also been more comfortable on a motel 6 bed. So do yourself a favor. Don't stay here unless it's cheaper than any 1 star hotel you see around. It'll likely be a more comfortable stay for much cheaper.

It's convenient, but there are a little few restaurants nearby. You can't find a delicious seafood and steak restaurant unless you walk to Kokusai-dori or go. However, at this price, this hotel is a great deal (about 15 minutes to the beach, about 5 minutes to Kokusai-dori)

Stayed for 5 nights with young daughter to enjoy couple of relaxed days. Hotel is located in downtown Naha, it however still provides kind of resort feeling with their beautiful garden incl. outdoor pool & onsen: all really nicely arranged & great facilities ! Rooms are rather basic, more like Japanese business-hotel, but overall sufficient and with modern & fresh decor. Breakfast could actually be of bit higher quality & possibly more food options, also plastic plates give sort of cheap feeling, sorry. (Suggestion: change into „real“ plates inside and rather provide „plastic“ glasses & mugs for outdoor area which will also help to avoid broken glass issue at pool...). Other than breakfast, no further F&B offering, but can enjoy free drinks (incl. beer) and ice cream all-day ! Mostly impressive and really appreciated is their kind & attentive staff from various countries ! All interaction with them (prior to arrival via phone, personal during check-in / -out, front desk for questions & inquiries) was always pleasant, professional & supportive ! To name a few: Mr. Henry, Ms. Okabe, nice lady from Philippines (all front desk) and also nice ********* lady serving ramen at night: thank you & please keep up the positive spirit & motivation ! Overall nice new hotel option in Naha and will surely consider to return for both business & private stays !

Clean hotel, city view. There is a shopping mall nearby, the location is good. Overall, it wasn't bad.
However, the front desk's response was a bit uncomfortable. I went to the front to request more towels, but the male staff asked me too much about my request , even at the end, I was able to receive towers after being kind of warned not to use it outside.. I have no reason to carry a heavy towel outside. I don't know if it's because I requested an extra tower than the number of guests in my room , but I guess asking for just an extra towel isn’t such a serious request.
I understand the strict response, but also hope to consider the comfort of guests.
Anyway, I was uncomfortable with this, but the rest was generally fine.

the place is not very convenient, however, if you're driving, it wouldn't be a big issue. There's a convenience store on the ground floor but it closes very early. They're charging 1500 yen per day for parking
the reception is located on the 9/F and the check-in is over the machine by scanning the travel documents.
The view is very nice and the room is pretty clean but i wouldn't say that it's kids friendly or really suitable for family trip with young kids

Outstanding
TtyrsyHyatt Regency Naha is a good base when travelling to Okinawa. It is close to Kokusai Dori, a long street with shops and restaurants, smaller markets, and the pottery street. It is about a 10-min walk to the monorail. It is also a short taxi ride to the port to get a ferry to another island and the Naha airport. Breakfast buffet was reasonably priced for a modest selection. There's a lot of places to eat in the area, however. Staff are wonderful and helpful.
TthewandercuratorI booked the hotel as the base for my solo Okinawa trip after a great stay at its Kyoto branch. Firstly, the pros: great location. 5-min walk from Asahibashi Monorail Station, 3-min walk to Tourist Visitor Centre and Naha Bus Terminal, 13-min walk to Kokusai-dori made it convenient for city sights, dining and souvenirs, bus daytrips and boat tours. Interior lobby, rooms and 13F public bath lounge seemed new and decorated in soothing natural tones, giving the hotel an island resort feel. Having said that, several major cons make me not wish to stay here again:
1) Hotel reception staff can be more welcoming. They declined me room entry at 130pm (which is typical in Japan) but they did so without offering help to store my luggage upon arrival or deliver it to my room by the time I return for check-in. They also declined my river view room request, citing the category I booked only has city view. Later, I found out on my own that only twin or triple rooms offer the river view. I was not expecting an automatic upgrade, but it would be nice if I had been offered a clear explanation on room categories or a change to river view room (even if I have to pay extra). I felt disadvantaged as a solo traveller. Also, staff are easily nervous when interacting with international guests and could not really handle simple questions in English, like whether there is a public bath, is it open to all guests, or how guests can pay for additional breakfast during their stay. I also observed them struggling to understand a request in English from two foreign guests who wished to borrow a luggage weight scale. Two senior staff members came out to help the reception staff, but all three still took a while to understand the request.
2) I was queueing behind the same foreign guests to raise urgent feedback regarding loud banging noises made by the 10F Smoking Room door directly above my room (Room 913). Meanwhile, 2 local Japanese guests arrived at the reception. I observed one male staff member ignore me and asked them to approach the counter instead. I nearly walked up to them but I held myself back. It was my first time being treated differently in all of Japan. This different treatment of guests added a seriously unpleasant feeling to my stay.
3) Not all room lights can be manually or motion-controlled. The light above the clothes rack is too bright and always on, even when the master switch is off. It was hard to fall asleep at night. The hotel should modify this room detail to ensure all guests can get a good night's rest.
Will I stay here again? With the issues above and many other good hotels nearby, most likely not. The hotel decor may be warm and inviting, but the staff inability to communicate effectively with all guests and make them comfortable makes for a cold stay.
GGuest UserLocation is good, close to many things you need: Ferry pier to islands, fish market, temple/ small beach within city, shopping avenue and 美榮站monorail. Rooftop swimming pool is highlight, if it’s free of charge from 7pm-11pm that be excellent. I went at 4pm and just me there was perfect. Wish more ppl swim and fewer ppl take pic at pool for bragging in social media , they kinda disturbing with fancy swim suit and drinks in hands 😝. Pic showed bubbles blow around 8pm, super romantic and calming and peaceful.
Another highlight:Pajamas is a surprise, soft and fit and comfy. I stayed in double room and is a bit small for 2 persons. One is good enough though
IikunosukeThe contrast between the sea and the expressway on the window is the symbolic Naha's best high-sense hotel The front desk will be greeted by the art work on the wall. It has a sacred air like an art museum, and it stops and troubles travelers who want to go out a lot. When you go upstairs, there are also a number of 々 paintings. Imagination is tickled. The view from the room faces the sea, and the expressway runs over the head. Gradually, the ”highway ridge ground” itself is felt like a ”square frame”, and the ”sea” spread between the concrete is also one of the paintings of the art work. The scenery where nature and artifacts live together is the most abundant expression of Naha. The restaurant meal is also very sticky with Okinawa material, and there is no other hotel that can enjoy both the vibrant and relaxing of the city. New hotel just born in April 2020 There is still a vacancy now, but if the situation changes, the reservation will arrive *. If you want to experience the crowded healing arts and the unknown experience that can enjoy these 3 at the same time, you recommend early reservations.
AAnonymous UserSmall but wonderful room with its most amazing most amazing shower system literally from head to toe. Breakfast was great and there is free flow of soft drinks and one alcoholic drink per pax from mid afternoon till night at L1 restaurant. Parking is approximately 700 yen per night and there is a 500 yen restaurant voucher if you opt out daily cleaning.
RRIKAWe stayed with a family of four.
The room was stylish and cute, with a large bed and two bunk beds. My two teenage daughters were happy to have their own space and were able to stay comfortably.
The bathroom was clean and there were plenty of amenities.
It was also great that there was a washer/dryer in the room.
The room was cleaned properly and carefully, but I wish the table and tissue case had been wiped a little more thoroughly.
When we checked in, we had a little trouble using the machine because it was unmanned, but they kindly explained it to us over the phone and the service was very helpful.
It's a bit of a walk from Kokusai-dori, but you can get there on foot.
We were able to get there through the shopping district and market, so I think it would be a fun way to get around.
It seems like it's a bit far from the Yui Rail station, so I think it would be easier and faster to take a taxi to the airport than to walk with large luggage.
It was about 1,600 yen by taxi to the airport!
I think this is a hotel that you can enjoy with your family or friends.
MMALIAlthough the apartment is not in the vicinity of the international communication, but the 10+' is Pinghetong, it feels like a bazaar, there are many shops, selling local specialties, there is a big country drug makeup, out of the market is international, and Don Quixote . The apartments come out in different directions, including Rosen, the farmer's market (the farmer's central market), and walk 5~10’. The three meals a day are well resolved. There is a kitchen in the apartment, complete with kitchenware, from the knife to the stove. The shower room is Japanese. There is a balcony, there is a large closet in the bedroom, a storage room (with a suitcase) in the outside, and a separate toilet.
GGuest User# praise# Satisfied with the cleanliness of public space, the cleanliness of walls, the decoration style of the hotel, the comfort of the bedding;# Negative review# Disappointed with the staff attitude; Trip.com booking but the hotel is registered at the front desk. Trip.com has not issued an appointment number on behalf of the reservation, so no appointment number can not enter, enter the hotel can also call customer service, Chinese service is also completely inaudible, the appointment number also tells the error
Hh_travelogueThe price is cheap for each bed, the location is convenient, just 10 minutes walk to the light rail station, and you can walk easily to the international pass, even if you have to take a taxi to the airport is not too expensive. The design is beautiful and the bathroom is clean. There are shoe cabinets and small lockers, and the bed has a hanger, small lights and plugs. The public space behind the front desk is also full and comfortable, very comfortable tatami floor. Overall, it is a good youth travel.
TtorunpasIf you can book a large private room, the room and bed are large and comfortable. You can enjoy the atmosphere of a ethnic room in a subtropical climate. The most important thing to note is that the check-in time will be absent from the staff until about 8:00 a.m. after 21:00. The toilet and shower room are shared, but the minimum cleanliness is maintained. The cooler is a time system, and if you grasp the knack, you can stop using the coin valid time when you empty the room and use it again. It is the best location to overlook the international street diagonally from the lobby veranda, walking distance to Miei Bashi bridge and prefectural office. It is also convenient for early morning airport use. A young woman who traveled alone also stayed, and she was asked to leave the staff at the lobby, and there was a little unexpected exchange. At the time of his youth, it was a comfortable dormitory inn from the experience of using an inn in Asia.
