Cozy hotel close the Central Park and Sakae station which makes is convenient to travel. Also surrounded by countless restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Shopping area is just in 5 minutes walking distance. Very kind staff, clean place with room cleaning opportunities.

New, close to nearby attractions like Nagoya tower , underground street and oasis21, have McDonald’s and convenient stores and pharmacy stores nearby, staff was helpful, the street was quiet , the room was clean and big enough for two large luggages to open, we enjoyed the stay

Loved everything about the hotel. Read a lot of reviews about how dark it was, but I found it quite soothing and matched its aesthetics perfectly (I dont normally like dark hotels). Beds were incredibly comfy, and the location was amazing! Staff were also super helpful even with my constantly annoying requests and questions. They were always smiling and willing to help, especially the French guy who's name I unfortunately forgot to get🥹Trust me, i was really annoying with my piles of luggage bags, and later need for luggage delivery request. LOL There was also enough room in the triple room to open 2 HUGE luggage bags! Thanks for the amazing stay!

The room was just nice for one person. It was very clean and quiet, which were my top priorities. The staff were friendly and helpful. Amenities wise, I enjoyed the onsen. It was also closed to a variety of food options. I liked the restaurant across the small street from the hotel for the Misokatsu, a must try in Nagoya, as the sauce was rich and tastier. The subway entrance is also right around the corner.

Until the end of the year and the beginning of the year 12/31〜1/3, I arrived earlier than the check-in time on the day, but I was able to check in about 30 minutes early because the room was ready. Also, since the previous accommodation record is displayed on the panel, it was smooth only by signature without writing on paper. This time we used the standard room of 709. The room was eastward, there was a view from the window, Wi-Fi was smooth, the toilet and bath were unit buses, but the shower curtain was curved and I don't feel narrow. The bed was large and easy to sleep, but there was no space to spread the suitcase for that minute, so there was no problem because I knew the area. The refrigerator is also a drawer type, so it is easy to use. It was not heating anymore, and I wanted to put the place of the air cleaner on the window side, but there was no outlet and only near the pillow. Check out is smooth with a dedicated machine. Breakfast is never a lot of items, but you can wear gloves and enjoy it in the form of a Viking. The location is from subway No.7, but if you have a suitcase, you can go up to the ground using the escalator of Nikko Fushimi building from exit 4. However, you need to cross the crosswalk. Also, when you walk 5 minutes to the left side of the hotel, there is a supermarket operated by Don Quixote on the １ floor of the terrace barn bridge, and there are many celery, bread, daily miscellaneous goods, and Matsukiyo in the food court. In addition, the post office was nearby to the comeda, the bus stop of the airport limousine which was suspended this time was also close, and the location was also highly valued considering the surrounding environment.

First, we were greeted by the front desk and they gave welcome drinks. The room is small but very clean and everything we need is already provided. You can get toiletries in their desk. It is located near Nagoya station. When we opted our room not to be cleaned, they provided with eye mask which is very thoughtful, apart from being sustainable. Overall a pleasant stay here.

I stayed there with my mom, and we liked the location as it was super close to the station. However, we would like to leave some comments for other guests. We booked the Superior Twin Room - High Floor - Non-Smoking, which was located on the 21st floor. I thought the room would be big, as the photos on the website suggested, but it was not. We hardly placed our big suitcase and packed our luggage. The room and the bed were so tiny that it only fit one person. I think this hotel is designed more for business purposes than for tourism. Also, we ordered the hotel breakfast and thought it would be served inside the hotel, but it turned out that the hotel gave us redemption tickets and asked us to have breakfast at the restaurant located on the ground floor, right next to the front desk and the restaurant. The food was not bad, and they provided two options, such as Japanese and Western breakfasts. We only had breakfast there for two days; for the other days, we ate outside near the hotel, where there were more options, and the price and quality were even better. Regarding check-out time, we were asked to leave the room by 10 a.m., which was too early for us. If you want to check out later, you need to pay 1,000 yen per hour. That means if you want to check out at 12 p.m., you need to pay 2,000 yen. I think the early check-out time is very inconvenient for guests, especially when breakfast at the restaurant is available until 11 a.m. It seems quite unreasonable.

Location is a about 5-7 minutes walk from Nagoya station with nearby restaurants and convenience stores. Staff is so inconsistent - one second they’re polite and the next they’re rude and inconsiderate. I was charged 2000 upon checkout for “extra fee” but wasn’t even told what it was for. Was in a rush to catch my flight so whatever I just paid - but just be careful when staying at low budget inns like this. Laundromat in the hotel only accepts 100yen coins but they don’t even have a coin changing machine so you have to go out and buy something to get enough coins. Wont stay here again.

The response from the front desk at check-in was wonderful. It was very convenient as it was less than 10 minutes walk from Kanayama Station. Also, the room was clean and there was an air purifier that humidified the room, which is a good thing compared to other hotels. Above all, I was able to stay at a cheap price, so if I ever stay in Kanayama again, I would like to use it again.

The bath and relaxation room were very good. Unfortunately. At the breakfast buffet, I packed the side dishes that middle-aged men took nearby in a tapper and put them in a cooling bag. I put 2.3 times with my familiar hand. I was attached to the front desk staff, but it seemed to be doing it routinely. I felt bad.
