Slight walk from Nagoya station but still very accessible, room is spacious and comfortable, staff are friendly, appreciated having bottled water.

The hotel is not big, but it has everything. There are different subway stations on both sides, which is very convenient.
There is a supermarket within a few minutes' walk. The bus station is not far away, about 15 minutes' walk from Nagoya Station.
There are disposable items on the first floor. If you need them, you can swipe your card and pick them up by the stairs before going upstairs.

This is my second visit, and all the staff are friendly, and there is a Korean-speaking staff member at the front desk, so there was no problem communicating. The location is within walking distance from Nagoya Station, and Sakae Street is about 20 minutes away, so it is a good location. The breakfast was also satisfactory for the price. I want to visit again next time.

I stayed one night to attend a live concert. When I went to leave my luggage before checking in and told them I would be checking in late, they politely responded by showing me where to park (as I was driving) and telling me that the parking lot may be full so I should ask a staff member if that happens, which left a good impression. In the end, there was a parking lot available so I didn't have to bother them. Other than that, the facilities were sufficient and I slept comfortably in the Simmons bed.
However, the bath drainage was poor so I wish they could improve that a little. I would like to use it again next time.
