The large public bath and breakfast were very helpful. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from JR Kanayama Station. It takes about 7 minutes by subway. I think it's good value for money.

I stayed overnight the day before my day off work as a change of pace somewhere nearby.
I have stayed at Route Inn and many other hotels on business trips, but this one was the cleanest and had plenty of amenities in the lobby, large public bath, and rooms, and the customer service was polite.
The miso stewed udon for dinner was delicious, and breakfast was replenished frequently and freshly made.
It would be a shame to use this hotel just to sleep.
