This hotel is spacious good location but has the worst internet reception . I have stay here 3 time n brought attention to ther reception but it fall on deaf years

I had stayed in this hotel numerous times, the room is spacious, the location is walking distance to most tourist spots (city walk, BCS mall, Grand Batam Mall, etc), many restaurants and kopitiams nearby, need not worried about eating ( Macdonald, KFC, halal and non-halal food, wet market, etc) and evening time a lot of pushcart stalls. The prices are affordable, cheap and delicious.
A good and ideal place for resting and shopping. The hotel staffs are friendly and understand english language.

Hotel no longer new. Overall acceptable except adjoining room with people talking is audible and outside the windows are not tight allowing noises from cars motorcycle roaring can be irritable. Apart this is value for money...

the voices and noise from beside room can be heard through closed door (in between two room).
