Service & amenities excellent as always. That's why I usually choose to stay at this hotel. Also for the great location to shopping, spas, cinema, karaoke, food.....

Stayed 2 nights with family in a 2 bedroom apartment. Location was awesome, A2 foodcourt is just beside us and Grand Batam Mall is just opposite. The other way will lead you to many massage places and eateries.
First night was fine but 2nd day onwards keep finding few cockroaches in the living room, after clearing went out came back again with more cockroaches i almost went crazy! The common toilet water went down super slower during shower, by the end of shower the toilet was like literally flooded, almost leaking out of the toilet. Water has smell also, bought mineral water back for washing face and brushing teeth.
Suggest hotel could do some upgrading on the rooms and pipe issues. Other than that all was fine.
