Hotel had been under renovation, repainted,looks new n fresh..but unfortunately we found that our room on the 6floor got bed bugs,requested change another room still got bed bugs near the gip of the bed headrest wooden board.. we had no choice ,requested to change 3rd time room but we needed to top up sgd $10 to upgrade to Queen size bedroom, as the standard twin room was fully booked..got no choice ,we had to checked the room before we shifted in...luckily 3rd time was fine...daily breakfast was simple but delicious especially the fried meehoon ..

When I made the reservation a few days prior, my cousin and I asked for a twin room with two single beds, and we arrived at around 7 p.m. There may not be any more twin beds available because it is late in the evening. We were given a queen-size bed that could accommodate two men who weighed more than 80 kg. I propose adding an additional rollaway bed so that both of them may sleep more comfortably, but they will have to pay the additional costs. I am aware that a twin or double bed may be requested. The hotel staff simply obeys their company's instructions without question; they don't practice flexibility. Since we are only staying for one night and it is nearly 7 p.m. when we check in, the hotel did not incur additional fees for the rollaway bed. When there are no more twin rooms available, I have found hotels that offer an additional rollaway bed. However. everything in Hotel 89 requires payment.
