The room was cosy and very clean. The bathroom was also sized nicely. Location wise, there were quite a number of food stalls very bear the hotel and quite near to Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall.
That said, the breakfast area can be considered abit small. It showed during the Deepavali weekend where odd and even numbered rooms were given different time slots for breakfast. The kitchen seened unable to cope with the mounting number of guests as there were instances the replenishment took a longer time.
However, overall, my stay at the hotel was a good one!

Great location, many eateries, easy to get Grab taxi. Breakfast doable, decent selection of local and western food. Peak hours have to wait for the two lifts.

I have booked 2 rooms and the check-in time is 3pm, but only manage to get 1 room by 3pm, but the other room by 5pm.
The room found big leak from aircon and heater is not working the next day. I try to get help from reception immediately, but nobody turn out. So I had no choice to look for cleaner whose doing cleaning at the same floor. And the problem only fixed after 3 hours repair.
Feel really disappointed on this recommended hotel from trip.com.

The hotel is relatively new, the breakfast is also very rich, the room is also quite good, the king room has two beds put together, it is very large. There are many places to eat around, which is very convenient. The lady at the front desk also helped me call a taxi and delayed check-out, good review!
