Hotel Nishi Nagato resort is a hotel located in Oaza Kanda, toyokita CHO, Shimonoseki City, Yamaguchi Prefecture. On April 13, 2022, I visited Usa Jingu shrine. From there, I drove across the Kanmon Bridge. I landed in Honshu. Take the Kozuki IC down the highway. Run national route 191 along the sea. Arrived at Hotel Nishi Nagato Resort. The parking lot is on the slope, but this day I was able to stop at a relatively nearby parking lot. It was a stormy weather on this day, so it is grateful that the distance to walk is shorter. Because it is a luxury hotel, it is especially grateful that it is this weather to carry your luggage. The facade feels like this. First of all, check in at the front desk. This time, I use the prefectural population division, so I present a vaccination certificate at the front desk. It seems to be ”the sacred place of the lover”. Grandpa and grandmother are unrelated (smiling) but the store feels like this. From the lounge, the kakushima Ohashi bridge looks clean. Check-in is over and move to the room. I am glad that the floor with the front desk is treated on the third floor and the room on the same floor is the same floor. Hotel Nishi Nagato Resort is said to be an ocean view in all rooms. Grandma (surprised) who opened the key smoothly this day is a Japanese room. The view from the window is like this. It looks like ”Nankai paradise”. TV. A safe in the closet. Sofa and air cleaner. The refrigerator is small. Hot water heater and cold water pot. The toilet is hot water toilet seat. Washington. I probably don't use it because I go to the public bath, but there is also a bathtub. It is safe to go to the public bath because there are two keys to the room. I went to the public bath immediately. It is said that it is a hot spring, but it is colorless and transparent and smellless spring quality. It was about 23000 yen for 2 people with 2 meals per night using the prefectural division. Wifi was also fast. Last time, I came to sightseeing at kakushima Ohashi bridge and this hotel was seen, so I came to stay. The dinner hall goes up the stairs first. It is a big banquet hall. The writing is like this. Sashimi. Ebisu termidol. Japanese soba. Soy milk pot. I asked for sake. It was Masamune kiku. It was 4 5 degrees of sake, and it was a little light. Fried pufferfish. puffer rice and miso soup. Dessert is pannakotta. Breakfast the next morning is a restaurant on the same floor. The name of the restaurant is ”Belvedere” and means ”beautiful view” in Italy. Breakfast is a Viking. Check out and drove ahead. The hot spring was wet and very nice. There are 々 types of colors such as hot water and jet buses, and you can enjoy it leisurely. It seems that the hot water is famous and I tried it, but it was fun! The hospitality was also very polite and pleasant stay. I want to go again.

Five minutes walk from the station, the front desk is very good, the room is quite big, there is no stain, very clean, although the breakfast is not much style, but it is delicious, to say the disadvantage is that the room is not very soundproof, and the wi-fi is very slow.

Comprehensive check in process with face photo and passport photo scan, plus video chat with representative. Place was very modern with parking for 1 car. Had a nice kitchen (with dishes, toaster, nepresso machine, hot water kettle. Each room had a a/c-heater unit. Beds were comfortable. Washer and heat dryer - luxury in Japan, but much appreciated! Detergent provided as well as body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Close to Castle town walking distance as well as eateries. Would stay here again!

I made a reservation in a hurry because it was available at a reasonable price on the day when I was worried about the typhoon in the early part of the Bon Festival. It was a private car visit, but there were multiple staff members and they gave us appropriate guidance and luggage. Also, we upgraded the room on the day and guided us to a wonderful room. It was a blissful time to see the view of the port from the location of the high ground and the hawks flying comfortably in the sea sky because of the high ground. The scenery that changed to 々 at dusk and morning tan was also wonderful. The baths were replaced in the morning and evening, and each had its own advantages. Perhaps because the morning sun was close, the open-air bath in the morning felt summer with dazzling and sunshine. The morning and evening meals were basically all lined up, and warm and raw foods were served later. There was a lot of sake, and I enjoyed it as a sake lover. It is impressive that the abalone was luxurious. For breakfast, I think it would be nice if you could choose a little more drinks. Overall, it was a very good hotel. It seems that there are school excursion students, but honestly, it was a service and equipment that seemed to be a waste for school excursion students. The price was also reasonable and good. I will come again.

This was my first time staying here, and I was impressed by the spectacular view from my room (Tembo-no-machi, 5th floor) and the delicious food. The sashimi was fresh and the abalone and Nagahagi wagyu beef were delicious, so ordering extra was a great decision. It was cloudy throughout the day of our stay, but even so, the ocean was beautiful and soothing. If you stay here, I recommend choosing a higher floor. The open-air bath wasn't too crowded, probably because they don't accept day-trippers, so I was able to relax. Next time, I'd like to stay several nights and relax. This has become one of my favorite inns and I'll definitely return. However, I would have liked to use the private open-air bath and bedrock bath in the morning as well. If check-out was at 11am, it would be even better!

The hot spring pool in Hagimotojin is interestingly designed. It is fun to soak in a circle of indoor, outdoor and semi-open air. After arriving at Tohagi Station, you can first store your luggage at the station desk. Please ask the staff to contact the hotel to take the luggage to the hotel. After you return from sightseeing, contact the hotel car to pick you up at the station (3:00 to 6:00 pm). The hotel has a car that allows you to go to the observation deck on the top of the mountain (880 yen). It feels good to soak your feet in front of the sunset over the Sea of Japan.

Style. Traditional hotel, a bit dated Setting. Japan countryside off the beaten path 2 hours from Fukuoka airport Explore. Motonosumi Inari Shrine. Akiyoshido cave. @ the hotel. Hotel first built 1881 on site of a hot spring discovered by a monk 600 years ago. Open air baths with high alkaline. Spa treatments. Hotel hosted a summit with Shinzo Abe and Putin in 2016. Rooms. Various room options, I chose a 900’ corner room surrounded by nature with a stunning view of the Otozure river on one side & the mountain on the other side. Room had tatami mats & futon beds. Bathroom came with a jacuzzi that you can just soak in while enjoying the views. Toilet room very dated with an ugly urinal in it. Food & drinks. Multiple dining options. I had kaiseki dinner which included wagyu, Yamaguchi seafood i.e. fugu blowfish, abalone etc at Zuiun, & breakfast at Unyu Prices. Good value at US$556 for room & meals to feed two, especially since back in Hong Kong, a kaiseki dinner will easily cost $350 per person Rating. 4/5

川平隆司Facing the beach, this is a great place to stay where you can always hear the sound of the waves when you open the window. The burgers and sandwiches at the cafe next door, as well as the desserts recommended by the pastry chef, are not too sweet and are so delicious that you will end up eating too much. However, there is just one unfortunate thing; when there were customers drinking on the terrace or inside the cafe, you could always hear them talking, which was a bit unpleasant and made it difficult to fall asleep. A P-type room away from the cafe and terrace might be better, but even taking that into consideration, the distance from the beach, the pirate-themed feel, and the bonfire in the cafe at night made this a nice accommodation.

HHarvourviewcairns The nearest station is JR Nagato Yumoto Station on the Mikasa Line, but if you walk from there, you feel a little far away. This time, I took the bus to Shimonoseki by Sanden Transport Semi Express from the west exit of Nagato City Station on the JR Sanin Line and got off at the entrance of Nagato Onsen. The hotel is right across the left hand. (If you contact the hotel side in advance, it is said that the transfer bus will come. However, the station building is old and the hand washing at the station is difficult to say clean, so please be careful for women) The room I stayed in is ”away Nishi Kyo Tei”. It was the upper floor of the same building, but even on a day when there were many groups, the room was quiet and I could taste the atmosphere of staying in ”away”. The room was 10 tatami mats, and the room I stayed this time had a subsequent 6 tatami mats room. This room is a room where the river is not flowing (perhaps westward), so I think that even if you are worried about such sounds when you are sleeping, you can sleep well. There is an elevator to the public bath. Because it can be said to be ”only for guests in Nishi Kyo Tei”, I felt that it was easy to use a large bath and an open-air bath. ”Apart from Nishi Kyo Tei” Merritt is ”room food”. The specific dinner start time can be consulted with Nakai, so I was able to prepare it from the front of 6 p.m. The dish was made to ”the two person seat plan to enjoy all 19 kinds in the share style”. The dishes were delicious, but there were six kinds of dishes that ignite solid fuel and warm them. This is hard to eat. It may be good if two people line up during the meal, but if not, I recommend other course dishes. I think that there is an improvement point of this hotel because I have to call Nakai and others when I lower additional orders and dishes such as sake. However, in other words, it is not a meal in a place like a banquet hall, so you can enjoy the peace and peace only by the group traveling together. The bowling and humanity dramas of the night were fun, but if you want to enjoy in groups such as women's travel and three generations of travel with children, ”remove Nishikyotei” is recommended. It is also necessary to make an offer from here to put a futon. The towels necessary for bathing can be rented for free at the entrance of the public bath, so you don't have to take them from the room, and it is good to borrow clean towels every time you want to use a bath several times.

It was very useful as there are hardly any business hotels in the area. There seem to be a lot of bad reviews, but I think it's a normal hotel. The rooms are clean with wooden floors, so they seem to have been renovated, and the wooden shelves are convenient. The amenities are also normal. There is no bathtub in the bathroom, only a shower, but that's like Korea, so it's fine. It's a normal business hotel. The staff are aging, but I guess that can't be helped in the countryside. They are slow, but they are willing to help you with anything. It's close to the station, so it's easy to access, and there is plenty of parking for cars. It is eligible for nationwide travel support.

GGuest UserI am satisfied with the bath, the food, and the staff. I use it after traveling to Nagato and watching Kabuki. The bath is soothing and the scenery overlooking Yuya Bay is soothing. I think it's good to be alive during the sunset time. I won't let you down on the food. However, in the past, there was a local dish boiled cousin, but it is a pity that it is not now.
