Ambience good; peaceful and silent. Staff are kind.
Facilities like cleanliness in rooms, good TV needed; hygiene to be improved. Found big rat when I entered the room. Also pigeons trouble a lot.
Canteen service not there.
Lighting in nights needed; it is dark everywhere.
