The room is quite large, and two suitcases can be easily spread out.
The bathroom is not cramped and is clean.
There is no power socket at the bedside, and the phone needs to be placed on the multi-function table to charge. Whether it is convenient or not depends on personal opinion.
The front desk is on the 5th floor, and the staff is very enthusiastic.
The location is very good. After exiting the Zenkaji Exit of JR Nagano Station, cross the road and walk forward for about 5 minutes.

Taking into consideration that this is a budget hotel, however the room cleanliness is horrendous with females hair lying around ?!?!?!. Room smells of second hand smokes (they only have smoking rooms).

Very convenient location, near trains and next to Don Quixote! Service was excellent and warm. Room was good for its price and modern and clean. Walkable to the temples :) would stay again!

The hotel is very close to JR Nagano Station. There are direct buses to nearby restaurants, Togakushi Shrine and Monkey Onsen. In short, the price-performance ratio is unbeatable!

Very close to Nagano Station, but not noisy at all, suitable for a day trip to Karuizawa, and the bus stop to Togakushi Shrine is just a few steps away. The room was clean and tidy. Although breakfast was not included, Lawson was downstairs, and there were many restaurants within a radius of 500 meters.
