Room was nice but a little dated compared to the rest of the hotel. You have to go a floor up in the elevator, then walk to another elevator and go back down a floor to get to the room. Hotel had a lovely atmosphere.

We had a wonderful stay in the Killashee Hotel in Kildare recently. My wife and I and our two girls had a very restful stay and a wonderful evening the the hotels Oak and Anvil restaurant. The hotel and restaurant staff were so friendly and attentive, we were made to feel really special. I would highly recommend an stay if are looking for a relaxing getaway.

We had afternoon tea to say we were left starving very expensive for what we got best part was the lovely Kate we won't be be back might be ides to get more staff with better customer skills we were left waiting for over 15 minutes to get our table for 80 euro not a nice experience

Excellent hotel and customer service. Booked this for our 50th Wedding Anniversary which was in June and my 70th birthday which was in Oct. Had package which included breakfast on both days and one evening meal which we had in The Pippin Tree and one lunch which we had in the Oak & Anvil. Food and service in both restaurants was excellent! Rooms was large with shower and a separate bath and the Elemis accessories are really good.

Was voucher swap over Christmas last year.our first time visiting killashee hotel with my family.OMG stunning from the entrance of the hotel to the Garden to Reception and to Bedroom. Thank you to everyone for look after us for 2 night especially reception ,Restaurant ,breakfast staff,Leisure centre and of course to Hakeem and his team.Room is spotless and very comfortable.i will deffendly coming back in the future.

Liked · 1-Very Clean Room and Bathroom. 2-Lovely Gardens to walk around and very well maintained. 3-Room Service very quick. 4-Very friendly and lovely staff. 5-Very Comfortable Bed. 6-Located very close to the Brilliant Town of Naas. Disliked · 1-Had Breakfast in Room. Bacon was overcooked and too hard to eat and scrambled Egg was cold but rest of Breakfast was lovely. 2-Bath very small. 3-Tray that comes with kettle was dirty and covered in old tea bag marks. 4-Pillows too soft.

I recently stayed at Killashee Hotel following an event which recognised the work of charities, bringing my laptop along with me. During my stay, I plugged my charger into the bedside locker. After checking out on Sunday morning, I realised on Monday that I had accidentally left my charger behind. Upon contacting reception, I was informed that the charger was not found in my room. I have no doubt in my mind at all as to where I left this charger and it would have been impossible for cleaners to miss it. Despite this, the hotel refused to acknowledge the possibility of it being in the room and instead offered me a used replacement from their lost and found. The replacement was clearly burnt out and unusable, as confirmed by the image they sent me. This response was inadequate, and I had no choice but to purchase a new charger at a cost of €100. I am deeply frustrated by the hotel's handling of this situation and its lack of accountability, and having read previous reviews of items going missing I am surprised that there aren't improved Lost and Found practices in place. If you are staying in this hotel, do not leave valuables behind. The staff in general were pleasant, but this experience has left a sour taste. I would have expected much better outcome from a 4 star hotel.

Would love to be able to give a proper review of Killashee but unfortunately when I called to speak to reservations I was placed on hold & had to hang up after 10 mins on hold. So then I emailed reservations with my potential dates I was looking for and requests regarding a family room, cot etc.. I emailed Friday morning & today, Sunday still haven’t received a reply. Very disappointing
