The Serai Kabini

The location, activities, facilities, good and staff were great. We loved the very easy and convenient access to national Park safaris. Room was spacious, functional and clean. Kabini national park has tigers, leopards, elephants, bison and lots more. And the drivers/guides are tuned to where to find them

Having heard so much about Kabini Serai, our expectations were high—and the resort did not disappoint! We enjoyed a peaceful and rejuvenating 3-day stay, surrounded by the calm and serene beauty of the property. The food was good, while the staff impressed us with their friendliness and attentiveness. The highlight of our stay was the Waterfront Villa, which offered stunning views of the river. Time seemed to stand still as we gazed at the tranquil waters, soaking in the natural beauty. Birdwatching around the property was a delightful bonus, with so many species adding life to the serene atmosphere. The boat and land safaris were impeccably organized, and we were incredibly fortunate to spot not just elephants but also a tigress during the land safari. Truly a memorable experience!

The serai was very comfortable and beautiful .the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.the rooms were clean and comfortable.The boat and jungle safari was nice.we also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and lunch.overall experience was great.I would love to recommend serai

Hi, The Serai resorts have been recommended by a friend and this is the first time we venturing in to this amazing location. One of the most beautiful and unique location and well planned villas with complete privacy. The interior, the comforts and the facilities inside the villa are well thought out addressing the expectations of the guests. There are many areas which are exceptionally looked in to and carried out. Firstly the hospitality: Each and every staff members are so courteous and respectful starting with Mahesh the front office Manager at the time of check in. Praveen the resort manager comes and personally interacts with the guest reassuring their commitment in providing the care and comfort. Bhairav the boat *** is extremely polite and caring about the guests. Santhosh at the restaurant is doing an exceptional job by personally taking care of the guests. Weekend music performance was one of the highlights during our stay. All the staff at the restaurant and dining hall are extremely friendly with pleasing personalities. Both the housekeeping staff and security service are dedicated to their job and responsibilities. Overall a special mention about Mahesh at the front office, Praveen the resort manager and Dilan the reservation supervisor are doing an outstanding job and such professionals need all the encouragement and motivation with adequate recognition. One of lifetime experience with Serai resorts which we will cherish throughout.

Serene experience. Beautiful property nestled next to Kabini river. We had river facing villas. Good quality food. Few activities such as cycling, boating, indoor games within the property. They also arranged safaris through Jungle Lodge Resorts which is barely 1 km away. We did both the Boat and Land safaris, however, sightings were rare in November (March April is best). Overall wonderful stay! Special thanks to Naturalist Mr. Chamaraju, the Staff at Reception, Restaurant and Service ( all smiling and willing to oblige).
